Very nice property, Room was specious, Food was good. Restaurant ambiance was great. Cleaning work is good. Perfect Service by team. Staff behaviour is good.

I recently visited Sun Stone Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the owner's warm hospitality stood out. While the service and ambiance were great, I felt the rooms could use some improvement, especially given the price range. A few upgrades to the room quality and amenities would elevate the stay significantly. That said, the hotel has a friendly and inviting vibe, and I appreciate the effort they put into making guests comfortable. With a little attention to the rooms, it has the potential to be an excellent place to stay.

Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended for Jawai Safari Visitors The location is 25 km away from Jawai Safari - too far to be convenient. If your purpose is to visit the safari, avoid staying here. The service was extremely poor: limited mineral water bottles provided, and the RO water had a strong chlorine taste. The rooms were unhygienic and filled with cockroaches. Wi-Fi barely worked. Breakfast was disappointing - only half portions allowed and limited choices (you have to choose between tea *or* coffee, and similar restrictive options for food). Worst of all, the photos online are highly misleading. Would not recommend.

rooms are spacious. rooms had cockroaches, bathroom were dirty. wifi very poor and disconnects when there is power outage. they try to limit portion size for breakfast (that we will serve this much only) breakfast is alacarte from selected menu . 25 km for safari dont stay here if you want to go for safari.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful Specially Mr Chandan Singh making our stay truly memorable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Jawai Leopard hill, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable

I recently visited this restaurant ,and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the ambiance and food has potential, the staff completely ruined the overall visit. It's disappointing to encounter such lack of basic courtesy and professionalism in a place that should prioritize customer service and they should learn how to respect the customer. Customer service is a crucial part of any dining experience, and unfortunately, the staff at this restaurant fell short in this regard. While the food itself might been descent, the lack of respect and professionalism from the staff overshadowed any positive aspect of my visit.
