Jawai Castle Resort - A Heritage Hotel in Jawai Leopard Reserve

Jawai Castle Resort is a gem of my find in recent times. It is a very beautiful homestay in the Galthani village in Jawai. This is a heritage ancestral property of Mr Jasvant Galthani who along with his wife was my host for a couple of days. The lovely couple took great care of me. Being a solo traveller, I was sceptical initially but the warmth and hospitality of the couple and the staff made me feel comfortable and at home. They maintained extreme cleanliness within the room and the property. The room had all the basic amenities, decorated with old furniture. The bathroom was huge. The open area of the property is tastefully decorated with trees and flowering plants giving the area a green and cool vibe. Once you enter the property it's hard to think that you are in a small village. The food served was excellent and they tried to serve me different traditional dishes on every meal. They arranged safari vehicles on request. (Ask for Rajeshwari or her team for safari.) Though the sighting area is a bit far from the property the stay was worth it. I would recommend this property to anyone who visits Jawai.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Great location within 10-15 minutes of the leopard safaris, the hotel is beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooms themselves are comfortable with both AC and fan with large spacious bathrooms and hot water. The decor and views are also stunning. The true charm of this hotel lies in the incredible hospitality. Mr. Jaswant Singh, his wife, and family leave no stone unturned in giving you the utmost in personalized care and joy, including planning unique trips and providing absolutely delicious homemade Rajasthani cuisine made to order. If you are in the area, stay at this hotel! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent boutique property with the warmest hospitality. All our requirements were fulfilled with a smile. Excellent food with perfect Rajasthani flavor made with fresh ingredients. Dal-bati Churma was the best I've ever had. They made us feel a part of their family. The owners Mr. Jaswantsingh and his wife left no stone unturned to make us feel welcome. All in all an amazing experience. I would definitely go back. And I highly recommend you to have this experience.

A superb stay. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was a great size much higher than expected. The food was one of the best we have ever had. A breathtaking views of the surroundings nature and abundant wildlife. We also went for a leopard safari. Our driver was best! The most exotic experience amidst the land of Leopard.

It's a good place. The stay, staff, service was all amazing. Would recommend it to friends and family. The taste and quantity of good is worth mentioning. The smile on every staff members' face was very welcoming. The safari rides are to die for. It gives you a chance to experience nature so closely and feel it in every sense. It give me a chance to spot leopards and crocodile. My experience was extremely beautiful.

Very clean rooms, great service, and tasty, wholesome food. The property has all the ingredients required to make it great if a couple of things are taken care of|| ||- Hot water supply is dependent on mains power which is erratic and temperamental. There is a backup generator, but it did not work reliably during our stay||||- The property is essentially a residential building, converted into a hotel. While it is very charming and comfortable, it can become a bit noisy when the adjacent room is occupied. ||||- The housekeeping is good but somewhat informal. Be prepared to remind the staff that your room needs cleaning.||||- The occupancy was low during our stay. And we enjoyed exceptionally great service from Mr. Pushkar. Looking at the staff strength, I am not sure about the efficiency of the service when the occupancy is high. ||||I would like to emphasize once again that we really enjoyed our stay and that I have pointed out these limitations as possible improvements.

Nestled and breath taking surroundings My stay at Jawai Castle Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking views, outstanding service, comfortable rooms and a commitment to sustainability made for an unforgettable experience. Safari provided by the resort was a great adventurous ride. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a tranquil getaway infused with authentic Rajasthani charm.

Fantastic experience of staying at Jawai Castle. Please do not expect a massive castle-like property, but expect to be treated like royalty :)|The team of Jaswantji, Pushkar and others were amazing and made sure all our needs were taken care of. We were 15 of us and had the entire property to ourselves, the owner was kind enough not to lease out to other folks, so that our family could enjoy!|Food was simple, authentic and delicious, customised to our needs. We enjoyed the place, the quiet, the greenery and the cosy spaces. Looking forward to a visit sometime next year!
