Hotel Prateek Plaza & Restaurant

I stayed here for 1 night with my family. location of the hotel was nice. Services of the hotel were also good. The room we got is not that good but manageable. Hotel food was a bit prizy that WHT we ordered from zomato. Parking will be outside the hotel on the road. The hotel is on the main road so it's a bit noisy too.

1. Hotel is located centrally 2. Pathetic and horrible (actually non existent )room service 3.NO tea served till 8.am 4. Very little lightening in washroom 5. Fan makes noise when run at 1/2 number 6. Remote for tv is broken 7.reception person was not at all polite

These people behaves very well before booking. Like we reached the hotel and without any reason we were told to wait. Room services are very bad. No matter how many calls you make for food or any other service they almost take more than 3 hours or sometimes they forget everything even if anything asked. These people don't even know how to talk to the customers. I came from a very long time distance and they did not provide even a single service properly. Many necessary items were missing in the room so I informed them, again there was no response. This was my worst hotel experience since today. Even without services their charges are so high. This is for everyone if you ever visit to Sri ganganagar please stay away from this place. Dismissive staff ..

Rooms are in very bad condition very foul smell

I can say they people don't know how toh treat their customer . First they book the super deluxe front room with lowest price and when you reached at place they suddenly increased the 500-Rs - I spoke to their hotel one hour before check in and clear all prices. Point is they don't even know how to treat or talk to their customer . I suggest you will find another hotel in locality . Very egotistic person - showing attitude . Avoid such hotels

Horrible Place, we Stayed in 307 and alot of stuff got stolen from the room and managers answer to this was i have the other key, Hotel nothing more than a thief even the owner was unable to help. If someone is going stay at this place be ready to take legal action afterwards.

One of the best hotel in Sri Ganganagar with professional staff. Behaviour of staff is very cool. Safe and secure hotel for family and friends if we talk about rate then its very very low for these high rated facilities.
