Worst hotel nothing is proper and they are unable provide basic things and they only want money and do adjustment bed sheets are not proper clean and washroom are not good

Checked in here in the month of July. The hotel is situated near bihani college. Newly constructed with good infrastructure. The staff is co-operative and the room service is quick. Got it in an affordable price. The rooms are airy with perfectly working air conditioning. The toilets are clean, well maintained. The quality of room service is satisfactory. I will recommend it to all travellers visiting ganganagar.

Room was preety good But staff was very rude. Fiemrst of all tgey are not ready to accept id's on email or on what'sapp. We ask them that we will give our id in room bcz our id is in purse and purse inside the bag But they said no you have to give your id now. After that they said we want money now at 02.00 am. We ask that we will pay at checkout. Receptionist said that no we want money now. After that we give atm card they said we dont have pos machine. We said tgat we will go to atm in morning for withdaraw. They said you have to go now. After that we said show room to us. They said first you make payment then we will show room. After a long arguement he aggrees to show room. And what we see in all rooms Blankets was dirty we asked to change that . They said yes after you pay room rent we will change but after payment staff not aggree to listen anything. There is no light in washroom We said thrice to fix the problem But they had not did anything We call them for water bottle they didn't sent But they added charge for that. Reception is at basement and our room is at 3rd floor they didn't turned on lift we used stairs with our lugage. Very rude behaviour of staff. Rest decision is yours you want to go or not.

Worst hotel to visit.....not at all good service..... Smelly rooms.... Rats reside more than people here.... Rooms have rats.... Worst experience..... Hated staying here. Would not recommend it to anyone not even worth 1 star

Not worth the rate that is charged. Small sized rooms without dustbin, torn wall paper, non functional AC, TV without remote, bread and biscuit in breakfast. Stayed here by mistake.

Very poor service, food quality is wrost and staff behaviour is very bad and cleaning is also not good

The full of attitude person is owner and the owner is only manager, Zero compromise, zero service , it's only for couples,

Very Dirty Hotel.See the conditions of thr Bathroom in these Picture.Even Lift is not working.They said it will not work before 8am.
