Hotel Khurana Palace

Worst experience in my life .Never seen such messy n stinky bathroom .I am regular traveller but staying Khurana Palace was a nightmare . Walls not whitewashed properly , dirty n stinky beddings. Glasses not provided , bathing kit only for 1 person ( We bookex for 2 people).That too not provided on second day.

This is not a hotel, it's a torture chamber. The bathrooms are dirty, the rooms are littered with cockroaches, air is filled with flies. The walls are blackened with cigarette smoke and the staff is full of attitude and quick wit. Overall, it is best place if you want to punish someone.

Worst place to party,dinning or any program. Owners don't care about the place it's shabby and if u see their cooking place u will never eat there.

Hotel Khurana place is best hotel. They provide full customer satisfaction. The hotel is fully air conditioned. Staff is well mannered. Their food is also very good. They server both veg and non-veg dishes. They also have bar inside the hotel. This hotel is situated at meera chowk road. near sukharia circle. If you are welcoming your guests then this is the best place.

Pros 1)The hotel is very good, neat and clean. 2)the hotel staff members are very helpful and friendly. Cons 1)But the food services are very late.they take so much time in delievering the food 2)Also ,they made the food very spicy when i went there. In terms of food -average(not so good) In terms of cleanliness and services-Excellent

Not sure what to write, but they have created a system where their lower floor rooms are dirty, bed lamps filled with dust and used syringes, yes used syringes, filthy and dusty blankets, dark washrooms, overall floor unhygienic, but at the same time their 4th floor and its rooms are better. So thats why this confusion of what to write, clearly they have poor management system, cost of the rooms shouldn't matter for the cleanliness and hygiene. My recommendation - don't book it.

1.Spacy room. 2.food quality and quantity both are good. 3.staff behaviour and services also satisfactory. 4.Rooms Sofa's are dirty with spreading bad smells. 5.Much furniture's are in the room but their dusting are not properly.

I have book stay for 2 days here. my experience is very bad room service is 3rd class desk person is very rude Owner is good by neture but staff is not trend and polite with gest The Room is spaces but dirty service is not up to mark
