Hotel Black Panther

This hotel is also known as Hotel Ganga Residency. It is located on 7th floor of a mall which is closed for renovation since long time and feels like deserted. This could look scary if you are going in evening/night as there is only 1 guard who sleeps (at night time) in a store on ground floor and you wouldn't see anyone else there. The hotel rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Service is not up to the mark. There is a notice pasted in room that if something gets misplaced (or isn't in room while checking our) like towel or slippers, they will charge for that. But there wasn't towel and other items in the room when checked in. Had to ask the reception twice to send these items. They confirmed that we can checkout late by 1 hour at 12 PM. But they called in the room landline asking to checkout by 10:45 AM. They could have said this in the first place itself.

Don't let the entrance and lower floors ghostly looks scare you away. Because you might end up missing something exciting. #Dar k Aage Jeet hai. Visit the hotel, rooms are awesome. Service is top class. And the manager is so humble and sweet guy . The food is ( not exaggerating ) probably one of the best quality wise and taste wise. And if you are planning to stay overnight. Well... Don't miss the chance to visit wakhra on the roof top. Enjoy the view.

It's decent place to stay. The USP is it's location. The hotel is in CGR mall. You have all the facilities from saloon to food outlets from shopping to gaming zone. The rooms are neat and clean but need little more cleaning and maintenance. Service is good. Staff is supporting and well behaved. Food quality is decent.

Checked in today but found the property not worth staying, the rooms are packy and not maintained properly, the electrical switches broken , taps leaking, cracks in the tiles, POP work in shambles, on the whole I will not recommend this property to stay even for one day. The management must maintain the building as the location is excellent on the seventh floor. The food served is no doubt very delicious.

The Hotel resides inside a currently not operational mall that seemed a bit abandoned. The Hotel and their Staff are the most welcoming and professionals I have met. I was very warmly welcomed and taken good care of. The resaurant works quick and produces a veriety of wonderful dishes. I can only reccomend, if you are in the area come to the Black Panther.

There are few good hotels in SGNR and its one of them. Their rooms are good and well maintained. View from every room is also serenic. Although they need to update few things in Hotel Proper Curtains in washrooms and quality of toiletries. Only negetive thing was their Breakfast. They can offer a lot in BF. Apart from that Location is Good and staff was helpful and supportive. Will book again

Good hotel in almost centre of city. Food is really good and reasonably priced. Nice room service. It looks slightly silent due to closing of Mall in which it is located (on 7th floor). View from 7th floor is beautiful. Good Hotel.
