Very nice resort... Rooms are very well.. Room service too fast... All staff behaviour 2 good... So everyone come sri ganganager stay UD Grand Resort....

As per my last experience hotel was good enough for its services and staff behaviour that's why again this time I booked room but it was my biggest mistake they are not providing good services Bathroom is unhygienic condition and having spiders over the roofs bed sheets were not fresh when I got the keys of room even they don't provide services on time dont have good management because don't treat every guest as important so they decide it own to whine they would provide service I think my worst experience never want to come here if you are comming to stay here make sure they are providing a room well maintained otherwise they will never respond to your complaints

The staff is totally not supportive. Firstly, their rooms are not soundproof, near by room's TV's noise will disturb you. I felt the same, and when I complained about it, they told me to change the room. This is at 11.30pm while I was about to sleep. Totally absurd. Instead of talking to some jerk head who did not want to reduce the volume of his television, they asked me to get shifted to some other room or check out.

Excellent food and rooms . Very friendly and dignified staff . But little expensive cost for that area

We have booked this hotel after reading reviews but the stay wasn't as expected They have very poor service and when in the morning we wanted to take shower there was no water in the washroom. Only after meeting to receptionist twice in the morning they did run the water motor, so it was simply not a good experience overall. It's better to book some other hotels in vicinity for better value of your hard-earned money.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Rajasthan. It is a basic hotel with good amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean . At check in we were asked for covid vaccination certificates despite there being no requirement by the government. We had stayed in many hotels before going to this hotel and nobody had asked us for this . I advised reception staff to check government advice on the internet. Overall we had a good overnight stay at this hotel

Sri Ganga Nagar is a small town in Western Rajasthan. THerefore, finding good hotels is a problem. Still, there are only a few and I found this hotel as one of the best. We had to choose between two hotels near the Dental College but the hotel which was suggested to have a better location and infrastructure was rejected on the basis of reviewers' feedback on TripAdvisor as having very rude and unpleasant experience of guests with the hotel staff. And I do not regret choosing this hotel. The staff was very pleasant, soft-spoken with 24 hours reception counter. The suit given to me was very spacious and clean. Free Wi-Fi, smart TV and toiletries were good. The only problem was the stinky smell in the bathroom probably from the septic tank (the town does not have a municipality sewage line).
