The sabzi had a spicy, tangy kick that paired perfectly with the soft, freshly made chapatis. The flavors were homely and comforting, reminiscent of traditional Rajasthani cooking. The courteous uncle at the counter added a touch of warmth to the experience, making the hospitality stand out. As a unique bonus, the restaurant has a resident dog named Juhi, who keeps to herself but adds a quaint charm to the place. Practical amenities like ample parking space and reasonably clean Indian-style toilets make it a convenient stop for travelers.
