I stayed in for only a day. It was not too bad looking at the cost of staying. Television connection didn't work although the A/C worked well. The washroom toilet seat was broken although it had a decent bathroom. Overall not a bad stay but could have been better.

Rooms are spacious and well built but not maintained properly. Water is too much hard to bath and clean clothes. Overall outer ambience of hotel is not good. Restaurant service is very poor and breakfast is not served adequately (limited options). Room amenities are poor like no electric cattle, no WiFi and glass for drinking water are made of plastic. Bathroom taps required maintenance and regular cleaning.
The rating given comes purely from the pleasant surprise this place gave us on arrival. Spacious room with a nice washroom. The food at the restaurant was good and the service was decently quick by the low standards set by places visited prior. |The receptionist and staff were friendly and the hotel was conveniently located for us. Sirohi isn't a place that one would go for a long duration, cause there isn't much to do there, so would recommend this hotel to those visiting. Also conveniently located just outside the hotel premises is a chemist shop and the hotel premises have parking facilities as well.
Sirohi is a small town with very limited options of accommodation. Given this fact, the hotel is actually very nice from Sirohi standards. Firstly a kind appreciation to the owner for providing this option to us as Sirohi is very small town but thanks to Jhora Magra that now there is a proper hotel in the town. The rooms are really nice & match up to the standard of a branded accommodation, what else do you in Sirohi. Beds are high quality and very comfortable. The bathrooms are done well & looks perfect. They have huge inventory plus it is on the highway so makes it very accessible. Overall a nice place to stay. Thanks!
I recently (April first week 2016) stayed for a nite at this hotel, situated just where the Sirohi town begins. It's almost the highway, one can say. The hotel has No lighting to let people know that...hey, we are here..!! It has to be searched by asking people around. Only reception part looks appealing. The moment you enter the lift and start walking in the lobby towards your room, you will want to ask yourself....Is this hotel worth staying overnite??? Shabby maintenance, heavy damp in the lobby walls where false wall panel which covers the pipes are worse than a circuit house state..!! Once you enter the room, you might like it due to its big size but then again, dampened walls, poor paint, not even a mineral water bottle in the room, few lights not working, Linen was not very clean and the towels in the bathroom are something you wouldn't like to touch, however bathrooms were good. Faucets were shaky like the minarets....lol||||Rooms are good but if maintained well this is a wonderful property. Away from the maddening crowd of the city!! As far as food was concerned, it was quite decent, though I had just dinner. Stick to Punjabi food. Won't suggest anyone to experiment with other cuisines. Breakfast the next morning, was something I never saw before...buffet breakfast...old hard bread with butter, alu poha and "so called alu paratha". Hardly any alu!!! Only 3 dishes. Take it or leave it!!!||||Over the phone when I made a booking for a single room, I was quoted Rs. 1650 all inclusive with brkfst. At the reception when I showed up and saw the plight of the hotel, then without having to ask for they gave me a 300 bucks discount. So net rate was Rs. 1350. There being not much choice in spite of being the district capital...you might just want to shut up n check in..||||Lastly, people next to my room were a group of few guys, drinking all night long and started creating a ruckus at midnight. So......... Less said the better. Since i was on a biz trip so I was quite exhausted by nite and forgot everything the moment I was on bed..||||Overall rating...... 2.5 on 10.||||Tip/advise - buy a bottle of mineral water there, don't try the RO water.
After checking out some of the other hotels on offer in Sirohi I'm glad I decided on the Jhora Magra Hotel. The Deluxe AC room is large, clean and bright - with lots of natural light. The room has 24/7 hot water and also a refrigerator The hotel has two restaurants, one on the second floor and another on the rooftop, offering a good range of both Indian and continental dishes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel also provides driver accommodation and plenty of parking
I am being told this hotel is quite popular but as soon as I entered I was really disappointed. The food was not that great and the price was too much I mean I don't want to spend my money on so so food. The washrooms were very dirty. The service on our table took 60 minutes which is really unprofessional ideal timing to reach food at your table is 30 or 45 minutes but we were wondering what took so long also the chapatis took to long it was pathetic.
The hotel is on the road, can be located easily. It is okay, If you're planning to stay for a day or two. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. However, the food in the hotel restaurant is over priced and mediocre in quality. You can find some good food options near by.
