SPOT ON 38803 Hotel Galaxy

Worst Hotel... Staff is not enough educated to run a hotel. They behave like illiterates and greedy. You will be charged rs 800/- extra if you dirt their bad sheets. 300/- extra room service will be charged for no reason. No Proper Clean Bedsheet will be provided. You will found them already dirty and smelling bad. They don't even know how to behave with the customers. *Visit only if you want worst experience of your life.

Non cooperative staff. No back up of generator. Frequent power breaks. Has to stay frequently without light. Harsh to call Oyo/ booking website for room replacement. Ask for booking directly in hotel. Ask to cancel booking. Once, Hotel manager ask me to vacant room.. Overall very bad experience. Not safe for couples. Want to give negative rating..but I a not available. Didn't advice for anyone, even for single or couple.

If i m able i don't give any star to this hotel.... No towel, no light, no water, no service.. And thare for staf behavior is really rude.. They use dirty language also.... It is a good thing to behave tour costomer.....

Nice hotel outside the city near salasar turn. They have room service and kitchen. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Great Hospitality, Neat and clean rooms, delicious food with reasonable prices.It feels like ghar Ka khana. :)

Best hotel facilities by staff and their behaviour Is also good.

Rooms are worse than dharmshalas. And if you book this on oyo they will charge you extra when you go for check in. Rude owner.
