1. Unresponsive Service: Waiting for an hour without the gate being opened is a significant inconvenience. Lack of support from the hotel staff, even when contacted by third-party booking services, compounds the issue. 2. Misleading Room Description: The room being advertised as AC but lacking one is deceptive, even if the user didn't need it. This undermines trust in the hotel's listings. 3. Room Size and Comfort: Highlighting the room's small size and inadequate ventilation (wall fan instead of AC) raises questions about the overall comfort, particularly during summers.

I booked AC room with wifi facilities and all amenities but there was no wifi and also AC was not working. Room condition is fine but they didn't provide towels. It is at walking distance from the railway station. Although my check in time was 12 AM yet my room was not ready while check in.
