Hotel is very very very bad .. don't visit this hotel . Rooms are not clean and unhygienic. Bathroom are very dirty . No water is available . Water tap is not working and dirty no hot water available . Bed sheet and pillow is very dirty . And last thing staff is very rude and drunk no manner how to talk with guest . I suggest all tourist don't visit this hotel at any condition

It was a very bad place. There was a HOLE IN THE BATHROOM DOOR from where WE COULD LOOK INSIDE THE BATHROOM. The bedsheets were unclean. There was a layer of dirt in the bathing bucket and ants were all over the place. Also, there were one sided windows only from where WE COULD LOOK INTO THE ROOM BUT NOT OUTSIDE THE ROOM. It was a very horrific and disgusting experience. Never come here.

A satisfying hotel in all respects. Rooms are kept in well shape. A restaurant is there in the complex that is much useful. Good for traveling people. Only a negative point is it's parking space. But I parked my two'wheelers in the front side, the cc camera is a great use.

Not worthy, 1. We got an ac room but the ac was without remote control, tried to complaint via intercom but it was not working. 2. Television was there with an installed DTH but same there wasn't a remote control in the room, we got one on demand and then we came to know that the DTH wasn't working due to low balance, and the worst part of the story was that the technical guy told us that we should try to complaint hotel management for this, it means he wasn't here to solve the problem but to suggest us what we should do. 3. We were provided with blankets in April, and a demand of cotton sheets was replied by reception by saying that we had never provided those till date, and we were shocked to know that. 4. We are sorry to inform you that we were not in a position to try the food of restaurant because of above mentioned experience so we can't tell you about that.

The location of this hotel is fabulous - right on the Esplanade and close to everything. Great people watching from the breakfast terrace and in the bar in the evening. The staff here is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are large and lovely.

It was not good at all.. The behavior of receptionist was not good he was very rude and the service was too late nothing was on time room was not clean washroom was very dirty and I had a bad experience I suggest you please don't come to this hotel they don't even provide toiletries
