Hotel Fortune Blue

I stayed at the hotel with my family during 1st week of November. Apart from the room lights, everything else was good enough. The lights in the room were way too dim which was straining in eyes. It's borderline dark so that's the thing which is a point concern. Also, if you're travelling with in a cab with a driver, there's no room for driver's accommodations which is bad.

Big soft bed in premium suite, no warm water in the shower and AC barely works, room and bathroom could do with some renovations.

The hotel is situated near the railway station. The location is good. The parking, however, not so much. You need to turn into a street that is quite narrow to reach the hotel entrance. The parking spaces are quite tight. The check-in and check out process is straightforward and easy. The lift is really slow. The rooms are average. I actually found naked wires from the television just hanging about. While the insulation tape might have been there, it doesn't bode well to have a jugaad for wires that clearly could shock you. The washroom is quite horrible. It's a tight space and has a weird layout. The toilet is situated behind the door. The tap's washer was broken. I would honestly recommend the hotel to splurge a little cash into maintaining the property. The overall feel could definitely be better.

Hotel Fortune Blue overall rooms are good, lift facilities are provided inside, service is also ok but my thing is that there is no restaurant here, so food is ordered from outside the hotel. Although all the food etc. will come packaged and hot, it does not mean that if you bring it cold, overall it is good, but the main thing is that it does not have restaurant availability, so you will have to eat while sitting in your room.
