Sri Karni Heritage Resort

I recently visited this restaurant and had an absolutely horrendous experience. The hygiene was appalling--there was a dead rat lying on the floor near the dining area, which completely ruined any appetite I had left. It was clear that the place hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The staff were equally disappointing. They were rude and inattentive, barely acknowledged us when we walked in, and seemed completely uninterested in providing any service. The food, when it finally arrived, was mediocre at best, but by then, I was already too disgusted to enjoy it. I would highly advise against eating here unless you want to risk your health and sanity. This place is an absolute disaster in every sense.

Very bad experience in this hotel. No commitment value When I was checking in I asked manger if hot air blower will available in my than I will stay in your hotel, manager told me yes sir it will available in your room but I didn't get it in my room

Situated near Dungargarh, Bikaner location was on the main highway area, we can easily locate it.Staffs & services were great and cleanliness was also up to the mark.Overall it was a value for money Comfortable room with quality service and staff were warm & polite. Overall the hospitality was nice. Special Features The design of Sri Karni Heritage Resort and the huge lawn in front makes the hotel look very welcoming. The lighting in the hotel is amazing Queen-sized beds and TV are available within the rooms

It was amazing stay at shri karni palace resort , food was delicious and service was swift , staff was very humble , they treat us well and served us like family , I'll give a solid 10 out of 10 to karni heritage resort and will surely visit again :-)
