Ramdhan ji and team were a great host during our stay at Ranthambore, providing timely and detailed help and answers to any questions, doing justice to traditional India roots and belief of "Atithi devo bhavah" meaning "the guest is god". Hotel and the room - The hotel gives a good home away from home feels, surrounded by the goodness and touch of Indian countryside. But not to forget that the guests are on vacation, the hotel also has a large hall with board games, and a Rajasthan style Indian seat for get togethers. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was spacious, clean, well vented and naturally lit, with access to hot water and air conditioner. Food - The hotel offers a dining hall, with a kitchen which seconds home cooked fresh food. The food was made to order, fresh, and was prepared with less oil. Safari - Coming to the main reason of visiting the Ranthambore National Park, the team at The Bagh Village was able to book cantor safari, one for the evening slot (Zone 2) and the other for the morning slot (Zone 10 - since zone 1-5 are closed on Wednesday) the next day.

What a great place to stay!!!Location is perfect and very close to the Ranthanbore gate to do Safaris. The hottel is lovely and quiet and has a great outdoor area, and chill out room. The host is very accomodating and went out of his way to cook good food for me, and make sure I got to my safaris on time. Highly recommended .
