SPOT ON 41056 Hotel Sunder Resort

This "hotel" is a total fraud. We booked through Booking.com, we contact them to make sure someone would wait for us (We went there at 8 pm - not that late but at least we advise them), when we got there there was a man that told us that there were no rooms. We couldn't speak to each other because he didn't speak English and we don't speak Hindi, he said that we needed to call the manager of the building but we had no local SIM card and he didn't help us to make that phone call. So we were at night with no place to stay, no phones, we asked at the people around if they could indicate us another guesthouse but no one seemed keen to help, even to reply a single question or to point in one direction. Horrible. Don't even bother to go there, especially if you're a foreigner and you can't speak Hindi.

We booked this hotel for one night via Oyo , when we got there ,the receptionist said it's full and they don't accept Oyo bookings so I better advice to all before booking this place double check if they are going to receive you or not . Not officiel at all .

Nic hotel rooms & service. It's also affordable
