Ranthambore City Heart

I recently stayed at City Heart Hotel in Sawai Madhopur with my friends, and honestly, it turned out to be a great experience--especially considering the budget we had in mind. If you're looking for a pocket-friendly stay that doesn't compromise on peace and greenery, this place is worth checking out. We had mainly chosen the hotel because of its pool--and it didn't disappoint. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the best part? No unnecessary crowd. It was just us, some cool vibes, and a lot of splashes. It felt almost like a private pool party, which is hard to find in more commercial hotels during peak season. What stood out most was the helpful and courteous staff. From check-in to asking for extra towels at the poolside, they were always available and polite. You don't always expect that level of service at budget hotels, but City Heart exceeded expectations on that front. Another thing I personally loved was the green environment. There's a nice plantation area within the hotel compound that gives the whole place a fresh and natural feel. It was refreshing to wake up and step into greenery rather than being boxed in by concrete walls like most city hotels. The hotel is located in a peaceful part of Sawai Madhopur, which made our stay even more relaxing. Despite being so calm, it's still close enough to key spots like Ranthambore and the local market. Overall, City Heart Hotel is perfect for budget travelers, friend groups, or even solo explorers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a touch of nature. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Best value hotel I've stayed at. Lovely pool and garden with friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed being here and even extended my stay. The food was also excellent. The room was standard quality for price point but overall a great stay in Ranthambore!

Dreadful hotel. Unhelpful staff and massively overpriced for the below standard rooms. They'll charge you ridiculous prices for the Safari, to make an extra profit. The food is also really bad, got sick during my stay, and the staff were not helpful about it at all. During my second night, a large class of schoolchildren entered the hotel at 4am, and made a lot of noice till 6:30am. They were banging on doors, ringing the bells and shouting in the hallway. The staff did nothing to make this right. Cannot emphasise enough to stay away from this place.

Good hotel staff is very helpful cooperative.....hot water is available all the time....all together nice n affordable place to stay for a night or two
