This place is an absolutely beautiful property - the main building is stunning, and it takes you back to the days when nobility would visit this area to hunt the tigers (which is sad )||We stayed in room 114. The old-style locks on the doors are fun, and although somewhat cumbersome to use, add to the overall ambiance and experience of the building. The room is a good size, well-furnished, and clean. There's a kettle and coffee/tea, etc., and a mini fridge in the room. The air-conditioning worked well. There's a TV, but i don't think it was "smart", so we couldn't log into our netflix account. The mattresses are a bit hard, and could do with either a mattress pad or updating. ||The bathroom is very large and nice. You may have a lukewarm shower, depending on if a lot of people are also showering in the hotel. There's soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and a good amount of hooks in the bathroom.||We got the package that included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All were very good. We had read somewhere online that you can ask to order from the menu, but when we asked, we were told, "No it's buffet tonight" - so we're not sure how that works, but the buffet was fine anyway. ||Breakfast buffet included things like oatmeal, toast, fruit, crepes, tomatoes, beans, etc., and you could order eggs, and some other items like pancakes. The lunch and dinner buffets were very similar to what you would get in indian restaurants with things like paneers, gravies, rice, with fresh naan being brought to your table.||I'm not sure if it was just us or if they do this to everybody, but the dining room staff kept bringing food over from the buffet, and putting it on our plates, which was kind of irritating because if we had wanted that we would've taken it, and we don't like wasting food. Maybe it's a cultural thing - we weren't sure. They were also too attentive! Every minute or two somebody would be coming over asking you if everything was ok and if you wanted this or that. You could hardly enjoy your food with all the interruptions. The staff are very sweet, but this behaviour seemed odd to us.||The hotel staff in general are very nice, but don't seem happy. I wonder if that's a reflection on the clientele or the management.||The night we arrived, there was a large group there, and the hotel had an outdoor cocktail hour before dinner with some entertainment (music and dancing) - which was fun.||It's a great place to stay if you're going on the safaris in ranthambore tiger reserve. It's quite close and convenient. The road in and out of the hotel is very dusty and bumpy. If you arrange for a tuk-tuk to take you back and forth, make sure you have a mask and sunglasses, even if it's dark out, you want to cover your eyes. In hindsight, a car would've been better.||Overall, we would stay at the heritage haveli again as it's a beautiful property, very well-located, and nice.

Very friendly service. Catered to my sisters very non Indian dietary needs really well. Loved the dinners served in the garden - was lovely. Pool area was lovely . Pool was refreshing . There could be a few more sun lounges. Beautiful seating areas around the hotel
This is a well maintained heritage haveli and it gives the feeling of grand days gone by. Hotel staff were attentive. Not a wide selection at breakfast but perfectly adequate - the freshly cooked omelette was very good.||Yes, it is down a dusty road, and that is part of an authentic safari experience. Breakfast is served in the courtyard, and dinner was by candlelight in the garden. The pool is not big, but the size is fine for cooling off after safari.||We had a ground floor room which had working amenities.
Lovely place and I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were really nice and spacious and the food and service was excellent.||I really wish they would clean away the dead cows (and trash) which are right outside the property though. We went for walk along the entrance road to see what birds we could see. There were lots of birds around but the constant smell of decaying animals got a bit much and was overpowering at times. Could the animals not be moved/buried away from the road and out of of sight?
Everything with regards to our stay was perfect. The staff is very courteous and do go a bit out of their routine to make our stay a pleasure. The rooms were very cosy and well maintained. The food is very delicious. The best part is that the hotel provides you meals as per your convenient time. That is the best part of being on a holiday. We had taken 3 rooms, while checking out the Hotel let us retain 1 room till the end of the day. This was a great relief as we had some place to freshen up before our return journey. Due to time constraints, we could not stay longer but will surely plan something more elaborate for our next visit. A very big thank you.
We had a very nice stay for 3 nights during our visit to Ranthambore National Park. The rooms are clean and comfortable, food was great and service was top notch, especially the guys in the dining room! The location close to the entrance of the national park (zones 1-5) was very convenient. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Ranthambore.
Excellent service, rooms are spacious, there is a pool, the place is great and has a nice pool, food at restaurant very good too. Excellent to hang out and relax between excursions at the nearby parks. Not straightforward to find it (perhaps an issue with Google Maps?) and not very central but at the same time it is isolated from the noise of the village traffic.
The road leading to the resort needs attention. The spa space could improve. Excellent shop in the property. Very helpful staff, good food. Lovely ambience. Good room, the heater was not coping with space but finally it became comfortable. We had a good stay. I would stay here again.
