Worst service, basic services like toiletry kit water bottle blanket not provided on time and after also... staff behaviour very rude....I suggest don't stay here

Location is good...not good for stay overnight...but we dropped at 4.30am in the morning and got freshen up for a visit to Ganesh Temple...had to board another train at 2pm...so decent hotel...

Hotel T 24 is a decent hotel with all basic facility , The Rooms are good, very good front desk to assist you , Mr Yusuf is on the Front Desk or Mr Sanjay ( The owner). Inspite being crowded due to holi and Good friday holiday, the hotel staff gave good service. The Rooms and Toilets are Clean . Had a good experience with this property . Mr Sahker took care of every need during the stay. Breakfast was good . Overall the property is good

This is a new hotel on Ranthambhore road, close to Vanya Mahal hotel and Vivanta Taj. The hotel experience for me started on an average note and ended up with the terrible rating.||||I booked using OYO rooms which showed a descent sized room. I called the hotel to check if I can do early checkin which they denied on call. I was fine considering the peak season, so I decided to reach the hotel and wait at the reception area. However we got immediate check-in when reached the hotel (felt nice at least for that moment). Next day, we got to know that the early check-in came with a charge. It was apparent the policy of OYO room, which the hotel was also not aware of. I was not communicated any such charge. During the check-out time, I had to wait for a few minutes while the hotel clarified it through OYORoom. Finally that was waived off.||||The room which was allotted, was smaller in size with hardly any space to stand after the bed. I did not complaint during check-in since I was very tired and getting an early check-in. However, I later observed other tourists also complaining about the same issue.||||The break-fast spread was very poor. You will hardly have any options. On top of that, you would have to wait to get anything. We waiting for 15 min for a cup of coffee. We also asked for a toast which did not come after 20 min of waiting. Then we decided to skip it. 5 minutes later, the same person (who was supposed to bring the toast) asked us about the breakfast experience.||||We ordered dinner in the room. I asked for rice which was first served under cooked. I sent that back and got a completely cold one back (must have been cooked in the lunch and not been steamed since then). I sent that back as well, then I did not get anything for 15 min. I called the room-service again, then they realized they have to send the rice.||||The final event was during the check-out. Apart from the additional charges of early checkin, there were incorrect charges through-out. The food was charged at different rate than the menu charges. After showing the difference, all those cost were finally adjusted.||||The manager will appear very friendly until you complain about any issue. After that, you can clearly see him making faces, like he has obliged us by allowing to stay in his hotel.||||Bottom Line: You can stay here if you are looking for a stop at low cost. If you are looking for some hospitality and do not want to review and validate your bills during check-out, please try somewhere else.

No Room Service for snacks or Tea, water was not coming in washroom twice water tank was not getting maintained, No Room Intercom . Lethargic attitude towards guest service. Blanket was dirty and not changed even after complaint

Very bad service, the behaviour of service boy is very rude and very bad hospitality, food is Lil good but not delicious, location is good, water problem in room , tap of water is very bad , blanket fata hua, room mai smell , overall not so good experience.

It's a very good place for family, I stay there for two night over there. The owner was very kind and helpful also the staff members.... They allowed me to do late checkin(12am)and at that time they ready the food for us...... Nice to stay at T-24
