Hotel Ankur Resort

I arrived on the evening of April 21. Rooms are decent condition, but after asking the front desk to fix the shower and internet twice (which they did not fix), I decided to leave. Were not very apologetic and generally rather unprofessional.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Ankur resort for anyone visiting downtown The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We stayed recently in this resort with family friends. This resort is value for money, spacious and clean rooms. We had both dinner and breakfast at the resort, food was tasty and good quality. Staff was cooperative and helpful in every need you might have. If you plan for safari get it booked through them they will take care of all the things and also pickup for safari is from the resort. Overall a great experience and would recommend for good value for money.

Very dirty rooms .no cleaning was done . Pillows were stinking . Bathroom was dirty . Food was unhealthy . There is no maintenance at all . Staffs were drunk . Not got a proper service . Extremely dirty rooms not a standard of 3-star hotel . The worst experience. Only the garden is nice and good to sit . Rest everything is just below standard . Very disappointed. Never wish to stay here again .

If you're wanting to go to Ranthambore to see the tigers, this location is great and the staff was lovely. However, the accommodation itself is not great. Very old and not updated, used two twin beds together to make a "full" bed. However if you're just going to go for the safari, it's fine for a night. The breakfast was also good.

I had an amazing experience at this resort during my winter visit last year. From the accommodations to the food, everything was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The owner and manager were both humble and approachable, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I can confidently say this is one of the best places to stay in Ranthambore.

Location is good , Food is great I mean literally from dinner to breakfast ,(veg) Their Staff and service is more then great But they can use a little renovation because property is old and definitely some modification is required as morden requirements.
