Loved the pricing and the stay. One of the best hotels to stay which is nearby to railway station (1km). Rooms are nice and clean. Loved the stay. Only drawback is that there is no wifi

This is one my preferred places for a budget stay in Ranthambore. The rooms are clean and you get all basic facilities at reasonable price. If you are not looking for luxurious stay and all you want is shower after safari and a clean air conditioned room to sleep, this place might be just right for you. Also, it is located at the main Ranthambore Circle which has quite a few eating options, you don't have to worry about this hotel not having a restaurant. The owner is gentleman and always ready to help.

After a long train journey we arrived at 1:30 am. The door was locked so we knocked and had to wake the guy who was a asleep on the floor. He was happy to check us in although didn't speak much English but we managed. ||||The next morning we had to ask for the WiFi to be turned on and realised that they had a 3G box so wasn't put on unless asked for and even then it wasn't on for long! We also had to ask for toilet rolls and towels but we were given them eventually.||||We were helped with our safari by the owner but he charged us 300 rupees to do so.

Good option to stay in Sawai Madhopur. Good location near some restaurants and walkable distance from train station. Room was clean with A/C and fan, window, hot shower, towels. And the best was the staff. The owner helped us a lot with the safari booking and with the information about the train we needed.

We stood at the Dev Holiday Home for one night and it was a totally rip-off. The owner was unfriendly, woke us up at six o' clock by just entering our room to say we could have some coffee or tea before going to the safari. He charged every single tea in the end without saying it in the beginning. Afterwards we had to wait for one and a half hour so get picked up by to do the safari which was also not recommentable for its price! Also he picked us up at the railway station and charged 300 Rupies in the end! He charged a lot of thing which he did not mentioned in the beginning. The water was cold so we could not have a shower and the wifi was not working. The owner always asked to give tip even if he didn't done anything. In generall I would definetly not recommend this place to stay!

Drove from Gurgaon; Booked through booking.com ; Stayed here on 30th December with family. ||Not recommended for family. Dirty bed sheets and blankets were provided. We carried our own blankets in our car, so we managed somehow.||We got extra bed without bedsheets and the manager charged us 600/- for that. That was not worthy. We could not use that.||Giving 2 stars just because of location as it is easily accessible if you have your own vehicle and one can find options for many restaurants nearby.

We arrived by train, they picked us at the station and later charged us 300 rupees without warning us before hand. The same thing happened with the tea and coffee they "offered" us the next morning, then charged 25 rupees whereas it's maximum 10 in the street.||The hotel guy entered the room without knocking, he was always asking us for tips and encouraged us to take a safari which was really expensive for what it was.||The room was nice and clean but very cold and the electricity was cut off during the night so no hot water the next morning, and there was no wifi.

The hotel is located just in the middle of main city and its a budget hotel.||Restaurants and shops are nearby..||Above all, booking office is just 10 minutes walk from this place, which makes booking very easy, especially in the mornings.||AC rooms are comfortable though bit small.||Just do not expect great service, otherwise its OK. ||||If you are in ranthambore for budget type hotel with decent service and all facilities, nearby to booking office, then this is the place. I have visited ranthambore twice and searched all the hotels near to booking office, This hotel is best and gives great value for money.
