Collection O Ranthambore Road Formerly Hotel Rajputana

We had booked a night here in advance but upon arrival we were told there we no rooms available. They gave us the option of a sister hotel which was well below an acceptable standard. The staff wouldn't assist us with anything or even compensate for the inconvenience. I understand mistakes can be made with bookings but what was completely unacceptable was the hotel's unwillingness to make amends. Even the manager wouldn't see us. ||If I were you, I wouldn't stay here. There are plenty other options. We ended up at the Hotel Rajputana Heritage where the staff couldn't be more helpful.

Turned up to find that the hotel had given away our rooms that we had already booked in advance. We were then offered a real dingy looking hotel as a replacement and the staff were useless at doing anything to help or rectify the problem. |Didn't get to see the rooms but going by the state of the toilet in the reception I can't imagine the rooms being clean. ||Avoid at all costs!!

Not so good hotel. I hate to say, but I regret my stay there.
