WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort, Ranthambore

We stayed here for 2 days2 nights..It was a wonderful experience for us. The staff is very cordial, eager to help and understanding. Mr. C.K Singh was very helpful and friendly. Food was awesome. I really want to thank Mr. Kapil Pandey , staff: Mr. Hemraj, Mr. Man Singh. Mr. Sonu. It was like a home away from home. They interacted like the family members. Welcomed us whole heartedly. I really recommend this place to the people who really appreciate real nature and not just superficial attractions of a place.They guided us on everything and even fulfilled our minor requests without any extra charges. I give it 5 stars for food. Cleanliness, hospitality, and overall stay. Place is big with swimming pool and spacious rooms. Do visit it for a memorable experience...

The hospitality of the entire team ( Mr CP. Singh, Mr Vinod, Mr Kan Singh, FNB Staff, Mr Man Raj and all other staff) of the resort was overwhelming. All staffs were so well behaved and welcoming. They had provided the services whenever asked very patiently and with warmth. We had a great taste of their cuisines. Thankyou for the great hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at WelcomHeritage Mount Valley Resort, Ranthambore. The hotel is conveniently located, making it an ideal place to stay for anyone visiting Ranthambore for a safari. One of the best things about the location is that the safari vehicles pick you up right from the hotel's doorstep, making the entire experience hassle-free. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after an adventurous day in the jungle. The hospitality and service were warm and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. The kitchen staff especially the Brahmin guy was very kind and helpful in understanding the requirements of vegetarians. The food at the hotel was great, and the dining experience was enjoyable. Dinner was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and preferences. The quality and variety of food made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable stay, good food, and excellent location. Whether you're visiting for a wildlife safari or just to relax, this is a perfect place to stay in Ranthambore. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay near Ranthambore National Park.

Beautiful property with peaceful environment. We reached here around 7 PM. The guy on the reception was really nice and kind enough to upgrade our room considering my knee injury. Room was beautiful (you can see in the pictures) Each and every person here was nice and humble. I would love to mention efforts of staff in the dining hall. They were taking good care of each and every person in the hall. We enjoyed dinner as well as breakfast here. Overall it was a great experience for us.

Great service, very prompt action in helping us out with everything. We had two injured travellers and the hotel staff did everything to ensure a comfortable stay for us. The food service was incredible also for our guests travelling to India for the first time. The rooms and exterior infrastructure is a bit dated but alright-- maybe something for the management to pay attention to. Overall service was great from the place.

Wonderful experience from our stay at this property. We travelled along with our kid and were there on a family vacation. The hotel and hotel staff members were courteous and always ready to help. Kudos specially to the restaurant there where they were very attentive and great service and thanks to the manager there Mr Pandey who looked after all the tables very well. Spacious room, hotel property also has good green space for kids, good car park space, folk music in evening and bonfire, and more. I believe front desk staff can do better, but this is no hold back. Loved the stay at this hotel property and I won't hesitate to return to the hotel. Best wishes to the hotel staff management and staff members.

Mount valley resort is one of the choicest resorts Ranthambore houses. The extremely warm hospitality of all the staffs along with the incredible tailor made food choices of its Jharokha restaurant is one of its kind. Particularly Mr. C.P Singh, Mr. Vinod, Mr. Kapil Pandey , Mr. Manraj and other reception executives, a real big thanks to each one of you to make my stay so memorable. ||In fact I chose this resort for a second time in Ranthambore. The intricately decorated traditional style hotel with-all modern amenities were not just a visual feast but also a mental relaxation from daily office works!!!|Special thanks to the tuck shop owner for his myriad fantastic collection of fabrics, dresses and other goodies. ||Location of the property is also very nice as it's just 10 km from Zone1-5 entry point of the forest and nearly 35 km from Chambal safari point. Zone6-10 is a bit on the outskirts but reachable with their assistance of pick and drop networking with forest gypsies and canters.||In a nutshell, this is a must try property for your stay at Ranthambore!!! Kudos to the entire Mount Valley team. Real thanks to your gatekeeper as well who is all smiles even in this scorching heat and always ready to help the guests....

Welcomheritage mount valley resort is a good resort in Ranthambore we stayes bere with the all my friends Kotak mahindra group we planed for safari it was very nice experience we show o e tiger and one sloth beer also we have good sighting and in the management of Rezort manager of the rezort C. P. Singh ji and his staff very caring and helpful like front desk vinod ji, kan ji bhrat in the service Manraj ji hemraj, Jatin and sheer singh ji have nice supporive and swimmig pool also good and food are amazing.
