Puratan Qila

A friend recommended us to stay at Puratan Qila and we were simply amazed by the service and ambiance of this hotel. The service is best in class. From arranging rooms and dishes of your choice to arranging medical services even late in the night in such remote area, you won't have to ask twice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would specially want to appreciate Aaina and Pragati for their outstanding customer centricity.. every single staff members is trained and empowered to go out of the way to ensure customer satisfaction. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. We had a fantastic stay in this property. Neat and clean hotel with courteous staff. Always ready to accommodate according to guests needs. All staff including Ms Pragati were prompt in their service and always ensured we didn't face any problem. We preferred less spicy food so they accommodated that request of ours. Food was delicious too. It looks like a fort with beautiful interior. Highly recommended property.

Overall, a good place. Few things to comment - their price for food, when there is NO Buffett available is quite high. One dish for Rs 850. Their rates for taxis rented is too high too, we felt. Workers are good overall. Place is also nice overall. Loved the bird sounds and food taste was yummy.

Rajendra was excellent, his was welcoming, positive and has a friendly attitude. Arriving in the restaurant he was able to guide us through what to eat and supported our every need. It was an excellent stay. We wanted peaceful time and the resort fully justified our purpose. Food was exceptionally good. The staff was always ready to serve hot and freshly cooked food. The property has a big lawn and kids+ adult swimming pool to chill out.

Rajendra and Shundanshu gave excellent service. Nothing is too much effort for them and they aim to please. Food in the restaurant very good and menu has loads to choose from. Rooms are stunning and overlook the gardens. Very comfortable with AC in the rooms.
