Sky Jawai Resort is an great escape place! The location is vibey, right in the heart of wild beauty, feels like a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. The tents are super comfortable with all the modern amenities you need, and the staff is incredibly supportive. The food was amazing, and the peaceful vibe of the place just makes you want to stay longer. If you're looking for a getaway that's both exciting and refreshing, this place is a must-visit!

Great place to stay in nature's lap. Service at its best anytime irrespective of clock. Staff is cooperative and friendly.Cleanliness and Room service is appreciative. Leapord safari service is top-notch and recommend . Good place to visit for Family, Friends, Functions and Gatherings. Pre-booking is recommended to facilitate the accommodation and service. Private pool rooms and functional hall service is best at this place.

Pathetic experience which I faced. We have booked total 4 rooms and all rooms are different category. Those things are not communicated from owner / hotel staff which booking confirmed. We have engage with owner all the time because none of things are upto the marks. They didn't communicate properly and we have booked saffari with hotel and it was not good. All the saffari route my wife is sitting on my leg because there is no space in the jeep. They are telling adjust 22 adults in 3 jeeps because there are other groups also joined with us. While booking hotel staff confirmed there are 2 jeeps only for you and we have total 10 people and when reach the destination where saffari start there are only 3 jeeps. Those all things when we communicate owner and his suggestion like he didn't care about those things which we faced during our vacation. For that person our vacation is spoil.

Unpleasant Stay: Our stay at the resort was extremely disappointing and did not live up to our expectations in any way. Room Condition: The room we were assigned was in poor condition. The cleanliness was lacking, and it was clear that the room had not been properly maintained. Safari Arrangement Failures: We had booked a safari through the hotel, but it turned into a disaster. The hotel failed to organize jeeps with adequate seating, and we were left standing for long periods, which ruined the entire experience. It was frustrating that they did not consider guest comfort when planning the safari. Lack of Management Response: When we tried to raise our concerns with the hotel manager, they were dismissive and unhelpful. We waited over an hour for check-in, and there was no apology or explanation. The manager never bothered to speak with us in person, even though we repeatedly tried to get their attention. Check-out Experience: The check-out process was just as frustrating. Despite voicing our dissatisfaction earlier, the manager made disrespectful comments when we left. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and left us with a negative final impression of the resort. Overall, the poor service, mismanagement, and lack of basic customer care made this stay a huge disappointment.

Resort is not upto the mark but it was good. Main issue is with owner Sanjaybhai. In our case my whole vacation trip was headache because of lot's of miscommunication and to discuss small small things with owner who is only price oriented person not a service oriented person. Main thing is think twice before giving your id at the time of check out because owner says repeatedly that "they has your id"to you if you have some issue like us. I booked resort through Instagram advertising and the person whom I booked my holiday is different and the person at the time of checkin is different. They do major miscommunication with our room category. At the time of advance payment and booking amount they didn't mentioned that my 4 rooms were different in category. At the time of checkin also they didn't tell us and them they firstly take full payment from us then they tell us that our one room is their basic category room which is not having TV refrigerator and a good quality matters and bed . When we see that room and tell this thing to manager mr yogesh who is available at that movement he said let me talk to mr sanjay and at that time i talk with mr sanjay and he said that is clearly mentioned at the time of booking but i have msg from their team and I didn't aware about that . So i am basically not happy with miscommunication so i ask for refund after their certain charges if they want to charge but Mr sanjay says clearly that they didn't give us refund any amount if i want to go ant other place my money will total waste and it's with them only. At that time actually miscommunication initiated by them so they gave us discount of 5000 on our total package . Secondly at the time of safari we were not aware that our safari was not done privately. Because normally at the time of booking they also mentioned that we are group of 10 people so we have our own 2 safari vehicles and as we are on vacation and new to some place we go on wrong route and we reach safari location delay by 20 mins so at that time when we reach at safari location we came to know that our safari was on sharing bases and due to holi and festivals they do the same with all. But actually it's another miscommunication from Mr Sanjay to us and at that time we called him and say about this so at that time he was saying that you reach late due to us he has to suffer and other guests also suffers . But we are already 24 adults and 5 kids at the safari spot and only 3 safari vehicles which can barely occupy 7 adults at a movement. At that time Mr sanjay says to us that 2or 3 from our group to left safari if we can't occupy and remaining 2or3 for them he will arrange safari for next day morning. But which is actually no meaning because we are group of 10 then what is the meaning of 2 different safari ?? So overall not worth experience. Resort is nice but not in hands of good management. Our vacation made headache due to lack of management and miscommunication.
