"The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and sheets. It didn't feel like it had been properly cleaned." Unfriendly Staff: "The staff was rude and unhelpful. I felt ignored during my stay." Poor Maintenance: "The air conditioning didn't work, and the shower had low water pressure. It seemed like the hotel wasn't maintaining their facilities." Noisy Environment: "The walls were so thin, I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It was impossible to sleep." Lack of Amenities: "There were no basic amenities like toiletries or a working TV. Not what I expected for the price." Overpriced: "The room was not worth the money. There were better options in the area for a lower price." Bad Location: "The hotel was located in a sketchy area, and it felt unsafe to walk around at night." Wi-Fi Problems: "The Wi-Fi was terrible, making it difficult to do even basic tasks. I expect better in this worst behavior of the staff and so of the owner they were so rude

It is on Barmer-Jaisalmer highway and nicely located. Cleanliness is good. Staff is cooperative. Food is good with large menu. We only visited restaurant but service is prompt. Even a group in Bus were also provided speedy service and good food.

The worst service and the worst behaviour of the staff and the owner... I suggest not to book this hotel ever.. Third class behaviour and rudely answers of the staff

Very nice but not the same as well as some more than one is that they have been working for the delay and it has been changed it would make sure that the other side effects of the individual sender except the best time and effort in this ... ..

I took lunch over there (Puri Bhaji , Aloo Parantha for my kid) in Family Hall. Really so good in taste..especially I like the way they serve SAUNFF and MISHRI in the container which is non-wasting and Hygienic....5STAR for same..... Must visit
