Desert Fort Resort

Correct me if I'm wrong, the reception guy told me, earlier it was called as "Sam Sand dunes resort" so had heard great reviews about that. It's a good resort in mid budget. Staff was friendly. I had dinner and breakfast at the resort which was also good. Despite being a weekday the resort was full. I would advice to reach the resort before sunset to enjoy it fully. Avoid dealers.

Our stay was very amazing, food is tasty, facilities are good. We got it at a very reasonable price. We did a few sports activities and everything was included in the package. It has very pretty and clean camps. We enjoyed the event in the evening. All in one a good experience

Hospitality was good, enjoyed so much in desert,tea was awesome. Only concern was about bathroom which was not maintained well and best part was quad biking and camel ride which will remain as a memorable day in our lifetime.highly recommend this place

This resort has very good infrastructure like, good quality tent, beds, chair, tables, etc but the maintenence is poor. Proper cleaning is not there especially bathroom. Start was receptive and friendly. Water for bath and wash basin smelled like there was some dead animal in there tank. Hot water for bath only for two hours in the morning. Evening cultural program was too noisee, folk dancer were fair not good or bad. All the contents of cultural program are repeated daily dot to dot, even the jokes by there anchor therefore second day it feels much lower in quality. Food, it is also repeated daily - same menu. There is lunch. Only breakfast, evening snacks and dinner. Average food, may be below average. Safari process fluctuate heavily, we paid 2500 for quad bike 3.5 km plus 500 iinaam and guys from neighboring tent paid 700. So beware and be ready for bargaining. Night safari and stargazing :We had booked night jeep safari with stargazing experience - not worth it. They just gave 5 minutes of jeep roaming in desert amber no arrangement for sitting or watching the stars. It was not far enough from lights of tents to have a clear view of stars. A big no. Conclusion : Just stay for one day and don't expect to much.

Everything was superb during my stay in the resort. Trip to desert was very nice and exciting too. Food was good and especially suitable for senior citizens. Tea without sugar was also good.

It is good to stay here especially on New Year's Eve. I enjoyed it too much and the hospitality and infrastructure are also good. I always like to spend a new year party in Desert fort Resort. The people's behaviour is very kind, they support us in all the ways. Thanks

The stay was very good. I extended my stay for 1 day. The staff is very soft spoken. Food is great. The desert safari and camel ride was booked from the resort itself. The overall experience is great.

Best experiences with comfortable stay. Good tents and hospitality. Food is also great. The stay provide us with traditional welcoming and camp fires with traditional folk dance experiences and events.
