Ganga desert camp Resort

Locationwise, it's deeply situated, quite away from the main roads, with narrow kacche roads and hardly any direction plates. But you call the resort, and they give you directions so that's helpful. Service wise, the staff is helpful, a bit slow but helpful. Rooms, were okay too. Despite asking for room service and cleaning, they didn't clean even though they claimed they did. The undersurface of bed, into which the duvet is folded in, was LITTERED with TERMITES aka deemak. We saw it on our check out day and were quite disgusted by it. We complained to the manager but I dunno if they took any action.

Very pathetic experience. Rooms were so dirty. Bathroom was filthy. There were hairs all over. In chilling cold of December, they didn't provided room heater or extra blankets. Asking for heater they were saying extra charge of 1000/ night for heater. Music was not good. Seems like they hired people with low budget. Food was also pathetic. Please don't book stay here. It's a scam. There people are very greedy for money.

Best location for families to spend time in desert.Best for new celebration.Food, hot water and other services were up to mark . Excellent entertainment Rajasthani programs, Dance and folk songs .

Our MakeMyTrip itinerary mentioned the name as Discovery Desert camp. The road was not good and it is difficult to drive. Upon reaching the spot told the hotel manager about the name mismatch he was angry on us and asking our phone was not reachable and it is not his fault. The food was good and the rooms were clean. But the live performance was mediocre. Considering the budget it is ok.
