RSG Resort

I had an excellent experience with the hotel manager, Pankaj Sharma during my recent stay at [Rsg Resort Salasar]. (Pankaj sharma)was not only extremely helpful and accommodating but he always ensured that all my requirements were met. He is an efficient administrator and his quick response and effective communication skills made me highly confident

I recently had a wonderful stay at Rsg Resort SALASAR and highly recommend it! The front desk recepation manager pankaj sharma behaviour was particularly efficient and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable The location is fantastic The food was absolutely delicious, with a many options The restauran manager jitendra mishra was good attentive and made our dining experience a pleasure

Terrible experience. The price was 6000 for 2 rooms.The rooms were dirty insects were there on bedsheets, the staffs were really unprofessional,TV doesn't even work, room services was too bad. This hotel is 4 star but it doesn't even look like a 2 star hotel. Infact, the 2 star Hotel would be better. I had never experienced this kind of services ever. Not at all recommended. Worst experience ever

Pathetic rooms. There was spider in one room and cigarette buds in another room. Not recommended at all. Not a family place.

Hotel good but staff non copret table very bad stop and very bad behaviours

Everything was good except driver room it was not in tidy condition food was good and tasty although most of the staff was on leave because of diwali but they tried their best to give us good service, quiet immpressed by their efforts

Check in time starts at 12 pm but when we reached at 3:30 pm, room was in a complete mess. The hotel was too dirty.... The corridor was full of trash. Passage was completely blocked by used laundary. Had to wait for around an hour to check in the room when asked, manager said that no one checks in before evening that's who cleaning is in progress!!!. Please book here at your own risk...property is good but manager very badly. It's a nightmare ..

My parents happened to stay here for one day as they were returning back home the next day. They both fell sick because of the food the resort had served. They started vomiting and suffered from Food poisoning. Bad quality food guys. Be aware!!
