Nice place to stay near Mumbai/Delhi expressway before Neemuch. Caretaker Balwant had shown excellent service attitude. In-house meals were really good and authentic.

It was like in a novel. Turning off the dusty and noisy highway and driving a few kilometers to the side, we arrived at the gate. I even doubted whether we were in the right place. A sleepy old man opened the door and assured us that we were there, and then we drove up to a very beautiful house, music was playing inside, and we found ourselves in a fairy tale. Everything was wonderful: the friendly attitude of the hosts, and the interior, designed in the Rajasthani style, with antique furniture and many charming trinkets, and the dinner that we ordered in advance, and the room. We spent several pleasant hours here and were left with wonderful impressions. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to find themselves in a fairy tale.

This is a great property. Feels like a royal haveli. The rooms are quite spacious, bathrooms are huge with walk-in closets. The food is amazing. Pricing is appropriate. The location could be a little far from major cities, but I wanted a stop on the way of my drive towards Bangalore. A small gap that comes in NE4, this is a perfect location to stay overnight. Adhiraj, the property manager was very hospitable and friendly. This is nothing short of a good 4 star hotel like place. There are new swimming pools being constructed, which would enhance the value of the property. Great for families and couples. Strongly recommend this.

The property (Haveli) was a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and authentic. The haveli had a great atmosphere. In the last I want to say owner of this property is very co-operative & familer

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Had really good experience. It is a royal luxurious palace. Rooms are big and well maintained. They serve fresh food from farm. Adiraj ji, his mother, Balram ji and whole staff are very polite and took really good care of all of us. Price is reasonable for the experience, You should must visit here, if you are looking to stay at royal luxury place.

If you're looking for a serene retreat, this farm homestay near Kota is the place to be. The scenic views of the countryside and the fresh air are rejuvenating. The food is absolutely delicious, prepared with ingredients sourced right from the farm. The hospitality of the hosts made us feel like part of their family. I would love to visit again and recommend it to anyone seeking a break from the hustle and bustle.

Had an amazing time at Mahendra Niwas. Its a pet friendly property and the family is very helpful and takes utmost care of their guests. The food was amazing and the staff is very courteous. Our dog had a great time as well with all the open space for them to run around.

I went to this beautiful place on 14 November 2024 ! With my French tourists! The hotel is best in class with new pool under-construction ! Rooms and staff was very brilliant! Food was very delicious! And the owner adhiraj bana is very humble and caring and very decent personality! And we all enjoyed staying beautiful place
