Gaj Kesri, Bikaner

The property in itself is very nice. The ambience and decor gives you a grand feeling but is charred a bit by the service quality. Extra glasses for water could not be delivered at my room even after 3 reminders. The breakfast was ok. There was lack of staff at the morning breakfast which made clearing of tables and getting any extra item a pain. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Situated just outside the main city area, Brij Gaj kesari is a excellent place. This was our first stop in rajasthan tour and trust me it was more than fantastic. Food, staff, room, property all were excellent. Family loved the food and local flavours. Special mention of Abhay ji, who guided us very well. Will recommend this place always. Excellent.

This resort is not recommended as the rooms in from 300 are worst as there are mosquito s in the washroom and no clean floors . The overall location is good butchered is a lack of staff and there should be carts as the rooms are quite far from the reception and no hygiene is maintained. If the manager is seeing this review please work on these following things

A very beautiful palace stay, a bit different from all other hotels you'll be used to staying at. But the menu wasn't fully available and didn't get to experience a lot of the food here.

Well maintained heritage hotel with spacious rooms. The only down side is the Fnb department. The food isn't upto the mark. Also breakfast buffet spread is not satisfactory. Rest everything is good.

A very nice stay at this heritage property.Each and every member of the staff is very courteous, polite and efficient. They went out of their way to be hospitable and helpful. The rooms are spacious and meticulously cleaned.A royal experience indeed !!

It's a 'Bollywood Like' destination just a few kms away from Bikaner City. The rooms were clean and well maintained. However m, I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast. Overall I would rate 4 out of 5.

I have visited at this location so beautiful with peacefull and dry place but comfort zone for wedding function....
