Good food and good staff to serve food

We booked 2 rooms and Toilet pots, buckets weren't clean. Bathroom cleanliness was the only thing I asked them on call

We stayed for a night and day after visiting Katu Shyam temple near by. We booked non a/c for 850+. Since it was too hot, we requested a/c on spot and they asked 300. I can't say it's worth it because of the condition of the room. Sheets were old, stains in pillow, pan Parag stain marks in wall and floor, used soaps in bathroom (3 soaps unchanged), cigarette buds in corner, ashes still in ash tray. There was no blankets. We requested and they gave us one. Next day, we ordered a tea for 2, on 10:35 and waited till 11.30 (our check out time is 12pm). The room service replied, tea is being prepared. Only thing is, it is a place to stay and sleep in a/c. Very poor in hygiene and service.
If you wish to stay to visit temple near by, there are much better hotels very near by katu Shyam temple itself. This hotel is 15-17 KM's far.

Staff behaviour is very rude. And they want only money
