I have been visiting Hotel Poonam Palace at Ramdevra for 27 years, and it truly feels like a second home. Decent rooms but they don't even provide RO water jugs in the room. One has to go and fill bottle on his own. Food is ok. Location is good. Rooms are clean. They don't provide any soap.

It's a wonderful place to stay; we've been happy visitors for the past seven years. The restaurants are also excellent and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Staff is honest and good service and satisfied reply . I miss my jecket at hotel after one day I asked him about my jecket hotel staff reply to me satisfactory and my jecket safely and I pick up after two days so I am so happy Thanksgiving to all hotel staff and management
