Nice Hotel... Clean Only Some problem in Hot water... Not proper hot water... Rest all ok . We stay 3nd time in this . Earlier it's name 1 St luxury...

I had my dinner at this place while visiting Ramdevra. The restaurant manager is extremely unfriendly and is least bothered about the customers. The food was below average and the quantity was very less. This is a perfect example of don't judge a book by it's cover because the fancy exteriors and the inside experience don't go together.

I stayed at the hotel from October 10 to 11, and I encountered several issues. None of the rooms had windows for ventilation, the geyser was turned off and remained so despite my requests to turn it on. The set-top box was not recharged; they pretended to recharge it, but the TV still did not work. There were false commitments regarding facilities, the pillows were not covered, and the maintenance of the rooms was very poor. After all these issues, I found the price of poha to be 100.

Pros Room size Delux good for 3. Washroom - very nice, spacious & clean Tea was very nice. Room ambience & view is silent & good. Very close to Ramdevra temple, walking distance. Staff Co-operative but lack of sufficient resources. Cons Frequently lights off. Kitchen service - not available most times. Rates are higher against hotel service!! Either hotel need to add more services such as front desk support on time, kitchen service, overall room passage look etc. No lifts. Can be recommended others if rates are between 1800-2200 inclusive all.

I been here last week for my hold to jaisalmer to jodhpur , I found it's so beautiful from outside and when we checked in it was awsome. Rooms are so good, bathroom are spacious and clean. And when we had dinner at its restaurant i was stunned food was amazingly tasty and well present in hygiene and nice way must recommended place and owner him self attend us Mr. Vinod is a good host hope we will visit to this place again soon to try there veg patiyala.

Very nice room and very good restaurant, food was delivered in the room, the behaviour of the staff there is very good

Bad bed room, poor food, even worse stop, if you book this hotel then do it wisely, there is no service at all,
