Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff denied every basic request, including bath towels and drinking water. The AC in the room was not working, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make things worse, the water bottle placed in the room was already used and simply refilled, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. When I politely raised these concerns, the staff started arguing ("bahas") with me instead of resolving the issues professionally. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they want to be treated with disrespect and stay in poor conditions.

A terrible experience -- avoid at all costs! Staying at this hotel was one of the worst decisions I've made. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful to every guest, showing no sense of professionalism or courtesy. Their behavior was unacceptable, and the overall service was appalling. I would genuinely prefer staying in a basic lodge over returning to this place. Without a doubt, this is one of the worst hotels I've ever encountered.

Not good experience Service of the hotel is very poor , Hotel staff is delayed things All the time , they complete the tasks on his time and convenience. Not customer oriented staff and services, hygiene is also sacrificed.

My first bad experience with a hotel, -poor service, -I am Bringing water for me in my own bottle, I am went after saw in google but don't go, -no room service, -problems with the bathrooms and toilets, (the funniest thing is that there is no, one to listen), there is a TV but the remote has no battery, there is a DTH set top box but it is not working.

rude or unprofessional staff. Bad service.
