HOTEL UDAI PALACE RAJNAGAR

When you send to the wine shop, they don't give you money and take extra money. I ordered a beer worth 125 rupees, then they took 200 from me. The MRP is 125 and they take more money. The money is kept by themselves. It doesn't matter. We tip, that's different. But cheating in this way should never be done especially the name of the hotel gets bad image, Hotel and rooms are good service is good but there staff specially *Ramesh* don't give money back.

The rooms were clean and Hygienic, the main thing I'm writing this review is to mention their way of service. They never hesitated to help any time. I went to them at 2:00 am at night and got a safe and good place to rest. They also have lift, as i didn't find it many hotels in R.
