Lalit International - A Boutique Hotel

Overall experience was unsatisfactory.|The property is located in the middle of village farming fields. You cannot move around outside the hotel.||The swimming pool shown in the pictures was not operational. Pool size was small.||The cellphone network is very weak inside the hotel. Hotel wifi was weak inside the room.||Food quality needs improvement. The buffet system is not there. You have to order specific items from your room only.||Water in room taps was not clean.||Staff behaviour is fine. Overall room and corridor cleanliness is fine. Room interior and bed quality is fine.

Lalit International Boutique Hotel, Pushkar - Great Potential, Let Down by Service My recent stay at the Lalit International Boutique Hotel in Pushkar was a bit of a letdown, despite the property itself having a lot of potential. Considering the price point, the hotel offers good value in terms of its physical attributes. The property is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. However, the service was severely lacking, almost non-existent. During the night, it seemed as though there was only one staff member available to handle all tasks. This was incredibly inconvenient and, frankly, made us feel quite uncomfortable, especially as we were traveling with family. It was clear that this limited staffing impacted the overall guest experience negatively. What was even more frustrating was the communication leading up to our stay. I attempted to contact the hotel three times after making the booking, but my calls went unanswered. Had I experienced this level of difficulty before booking, I would have certainly chosen a different hotel. In the hospitality industry, service is paramount, and unfortunately, this is where the Lalit International Boutique Hotel fell drastically short. While the property itself is nice, the poor service significantly detracted from our overall experience

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I would not advise booking a stay at this hotel, as it is located 3km away from the main Brahma Temple, Pushkar's shopping market, and popular food outlets like Shiva and Ganga Laffa. The road leading to the hotel is poorly lit, full of potholes, even if you have your own car, it's not worth staying here. You'll be reliant on electric autos, which charge a minimum of 500 for a round trip to the main tourist attractions in Pushkar. The swimming pool is in poor condition and dirty, and the hotel is in need of maintenance. There is no smart/android TV, and the dish TV only offers news channels. The hotel restaurant is overpriced and not worth the cost, so your only other option would be to pay 500 for a local auto and have dinner outside. OLA and Uber do not service this area, and drivers often cancel rides after they are booked. As there were no other guest during my stay ( on 2nd and 3 march ) I was informed that there was no breakfast buffet available, and the only option I had was ala carte with a limited menu. Entire Pushkar was packed with forigners and this hotel has just 2 family. DONT FALL IN TRAP

I have been to Pushkar many times. I love this place. Location of this Hotel is good. It is peaceful, rooms were beautiful, enough space, rooms were warm cozy during my stay in December mid. Food was fulfilling and healthy. Nice service aswell. Tou get enough space around hotel to walk. And Mr. Rawat at reception is very helpful and understanding person. Above from all, you get all of this at great price.

Property is very close to nature, beautiful sunrise from your room window looks beautiful and food is awesome , less spicy perfect taste and delicious, must visit here Close to nature with delicious food

The person at the reception was humble but the room service staffs were rude. The washroom was not clean and when asked to clean the room it was not cleaned properly. After the cleaning also there was small packets of chips.
