Jagat Palace

Take care if you are thinking of staying here, we had a narrow escape. Superficially it's attractive hotel with nice gardens and pool although a strange setback location on the fringe of the town centre. However, we had a totally cheerless check in and then the fun began. The hotel block we were in was largely unlit in the common parts giving it a dark and eerie quality with seemingly random furniture. Our room superficially was ok with a nice high floor balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. However the electric system was appalling spliced and taped mains wiring to the bedside lights and in the bathroom. The aircon unit probably came from the Ark thank goodness we didn't have to use it. There were several power failures whilst we were there and we avoided the lift at all times. The pool area had dated and dirty loungers, the pool itself seemed to lack any filtration and had very slippery steps , not a good sign of any maintenance. The standby generator is located in the pool area and every time the power went down it roared into life. We were the only diners at a cheerless dinner apart from a depressed looking German group. The food was some of the worst we experienced on our trip and the staff appeared to be purely out for tips. We were saved by there being a wedding at the hotel the next day and offered a transfer to a sister Lake Palace hotel in the centre of Pushkar for our second night and fled as the staff virtually fought each other to see if we left a tip in our room!

Check in very smooth. Staff accommodating my disability went above and beyond. Rooms comfortable. Food outstanding and restaurant staff amazing. Not a disabled friendly hotel and not walk in showers. If you want a modern hotel this is not for you but good to stay in a traditional Indian style hotel

This is a big and beautiful property!! It is a combination of 3 palaces. The rooms are excellent, facilities are great- swimming pool, spa, restaurants etc. Latest facilities. Restaurant food and service was awesome! Staff attitude is very helpful and cheerful! There was a Rajasthani cultural program also organized. The approach to the hotel (last 100 meters) can be misleading- as you may not expect such a wonderful property through the approach lane. You'll be pleasantly surprised with the property and service

The fridge is just for decoration purpose doesn't work, swimming pool just for photos as water I think judging by muddy dark green colour never been changed. I wouldn't dare to go inside even if I am paid. So shame

The location is okay, some broken stuff is seen lying in the sitting area in front, due to which a good feel is not given, and there is a little attention on cleanliness, but it is not being done where it should be because everywhere there are wooden sitting tables, so some improvement is needed here, if its owner pays attention to it and improves the aggression a little, then its location is okay, the greenery is very nice

JAGAT PALACE PUSHKAR. I have booked 2 rooms for holi celebration through Mr Amit Jasoria who is senior in hotel staff by paying 5000 INR as advance on 15th Feb... Mr Vijendra Singh another employee at reception of this property asked me for full advance payment at the time of check in & got denied if unable to pay full amount in advance.. We were 2 families with 2 kids aging 7 & 5 and 2 kids aging 12 & 11..Hotel has forced us to pay 1500/ night for both kids even without our demand of extra bed. This has been imposed on us like a tax... We have not received tax invoices of our stay even after 29 hours of check out & request made by us to Mr Amit Jasoria also through WhatsApp.. More over behaviour of the receptionist at the time of check out was also not good,even nobody THANK us for staying there which generally happens at each property... Property is very nice but current staff will damage it's image in coming time with their rude behaviour & lack of respect to the guests who are to stay here or planning to stay.. Overall very bad experience I have at this property... I hope owner of the property will do something to make it feel better for guests in coming time... I was shocked when I have seen N number of bad reviews for it's staff, which can be seen on google...

The property gives a semi-luxury feels with a touch of heritage. Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Jagat Palace. Would recommend visiting for a good staycation. The garden view and pool view room were so amazing. You get to stay in a hotel surrounded with so much greenery. The food was also good. Would 100% recommend.

We Had excellent stay at Jagat palace Pushkar for two nights.Ambience was pure heritage and enjoyed tasty cuisine.The rooms were large and well maintained.The aura of Jagat palace takes you back to era Royal Kings of Rajasthan.The garden is lush green with palms decorating the sky.The plus point is the amazing pool where you can realax and enjoy.I am amazed by the efforts put in by the owner of the Hotel in building such beautiful masterpiece in Holy Pushkar. Not to forget service and politiness of staff is appreciated
