Hotel New Park

Location of this hotel is perfect. You can walk to Pushkar lake and temple. Hotel is on a closed street, so it is peaceful. Hotel is built in beautiful greenery. Rooms are not luxurious but are spacious and clean. Room service is not proactive and they are not very professional. They have a pool table as well, it's your luck if u can get sticks and balls to play.

Been here with a group tour. Lunch is cheap and good. Rooms clean. But shower not working: no hot water, and only few droplets come from the shower head. Shower is an absolute basic necessity, that it's not working is unforgivable. Very cold in rooms, with no chance of heating. Good prices for laundry. The German Shepard dog living in the hotel got a bit aggressive towards my friend and me when we were relaxing in the garden. Didn't try the pool.

Pros: Overall its a good property. The rooms are not luxury but basic neat and clean rooms. Lots of greenery in the property so generally the view out of the room is pleasant. A little far from the main market of Pushkar (20 min walk). Cons: not too many eating options around. event he food at the property isn;t great quality so food does become a problem. The service at the property was terrible. Nobody was really interested in providing any service, not even giving drinking water. The staff were absconding most of the time. so dont depend on eating and other things at the property.

Don't like to leave bad reviews but am concerned about the hygiene. We found dirty underwear in our wardrobe, there was hair on the floor, no bed sheets (only a thick synthetic wool type blanket that didn't appear to be washed), no kettle, no toilet paper (it was delivered later, after we checked in) and when you have a shower right next to the toilet, all the shower water mixes with the gunk behind the toilet. Pool water was murky, probably because of the dogs and pigeons that are seen to drink from it. No pool towels. I could go on.

Another mediocre hotel that most likely was lovely in its day. Tired and in need of some serious maintenance. In our first room the shower and hot water not working so changed rooms. There the bedside lamps and AC not working, bathroom not clean, again no eye for detail. The shower was though good. Riom size very good and comfortable. The staff were unfriendly and disinterested. The food was good. The setting of the hotel is lovely with its beautiful, peaceful garden and good size swimming pool. It is a walking distance to the town. Unfortunately we didn't take many photos of our room or the hotel to support our claims.

Absolutely amazing stay! This hotel and resort truly deserves 7 stars. The facilities are top-notch, from the luxurious pool and restaurant. The peaceful, serene environment made it the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every need was met. Waking up to beautiful views and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings was a highlight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury and calm!

This hotel needs some desperate attention and a worker with tools to fix up the property. It's so tired and needs repairs, toilet inlet leaking, shower head fell off and no hot water. Stayed here as part of a tour group, fair walk into pushkar. Hotel restaurant was good for pancakes. Pool was refreshing... and Rocky the german shepard was busy chasing monkeys

The hotel is bad. I stayed here for holi. The rooms were big but the linen and blanket were stinking. The bathroom stinks. They overcharged for a water bottle. Twice rate. The food is pathetic.
