Raj Mahal Hotel - Luxury Rooms with Pool

Pathetic service and behavior. Highly unprofessional staff. They stealthily took our bike's keys and later refused to acknowledge or cooperate in finding them. The receptionist was on the edge of a quarrel because we insisted him to help us in finding our keys. Pool was an absolute disaster, maybe cleaned when dinosaurs existed. Absolutely not recommended for female travelers, they were constantly hovering around the pool , making them uncomfortable, smoking and drinking near the pool.

The hotel staff is not corporative kindly be aware of your belongings especially keys the staff people Take the keys and wait till the guest search till they get exhausted and after asking for cctv fotage then they give the keys . The staffs intensions were not good and kindly dont believe in the five star reviews they are all paid and if you are going in group with girls i suggest to go to some other hotels there are many nearby but dont book this one !

One of the worst experience we had here. Booked for one night stay When checked in rooms were not clean We order French fries for kids got aloo fry after 2 hour wen enquired the chef is sleeping got to wait..

Very poor services. We order towels but untill we checkout no one provide us towels. They always tell us that we send it .. we sent it within 5 minutes. Don't book this hotel in future.

Very bad resort not clean staff very rude. Cheat with deals when you reach . Never approach

Worst experience Not safe I went with a group of 10 and they stole our vehicle keys and pretended to act normal, they made us feel unsafe They were not even respecting our privacy, some cheap guys were constantly staring us by sitting at the side of the pool and were drinking !!! WORST

Very poor service, behaviour of staff was very rude,food was worst. Never suggested to go this type of property to enjoy.

The room was good but the services are pathetic in extreme winters they dont even want to turn on the heater..after paying huge amount they even make face in cleaning the room and giving services...Horrible experience.
