Bhanwar Singh Palace

Appalling. Not 4 star. Thankfully I only stayed here for one night after spending all my other stays in India in 3 star hotels. Totally over priced. This place is not 4 star. Service is appalling, especially breakfast service and food. I had to ask 3 times at breakfast for a coffee and never received one. Rooms are average at best and wifi does not work no matter where in the palace you are. Get the feeling this is a large company run palace with management in place rather than The better smaller owner run ones. Big disappointment. It is far out of town.

I WONDER WHAT KIND OF PALACE IS THIS. Have a 2 nights stay here but when asked the reception ppl for dental kit they said we don't PROVIDE dental kit in our 4STAR PALACE,and the best thing was the receptionist suggested me,there's a small shop outside their property where you get soap and all other!!

Went with family recently to attend a function held at the respective resort in Pushkar. Overall it was a nice stay but was unfortunately marred by a very disappointing experience at the dining hall during breakfast. The behavior of the staff and the level of customer service were well below expectations.||Upon arriving at the dining hall, I was met with indifference and a lack of warmth from the staff. Simple requests, such as a request for a cup of tea and basic breakfast items were ignored. The staff's inattentiveness and lack of professionalism created an unwelcoming atmosphere that significantly affected my overall experience.||I expected a much higher standard of service from such an establishment. The disregard for guest needs and the absence of courteous service were surprising and unacceptable. ||I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure that future guests receive the level of service and hospitality that is expected from Bhanwar Singh Palace, Pushkar.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ( Sandeep specially)and staff , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

uuNcii dukaan, phiike pkvaan Well managed staff..staff was very courteous no issues with them but room was not worth it Totally overpriced ( chai -236rs) - which was half of cup & made up from powder It was holi function when we visited at the time of holika dahan at 11.30pm all were gathered for holika dahan during that time some drunk boys were vulgarly yelling at people sitting on their balcony. Whole staff and security were there but no-one stopped them we were totally surprised by this incident. Breakfast was good but not worth it

Quite a nice hotel. The grounds and pool are lovely. The rooms were adequate but could be updated. Food and service were all fine. The only thing I did not like was the faux stonework over the beautiful buildings. It really did ruin the look and what a pity whoever chose this finish.

One of the best resort in pushkar in your budget. Best services given by. Hotel staff mainly by sandeep .|Food was so good . And very peaceful place in pushkar.|And i like the way they had. Maintained the property . It was my best experience of stay
