The Fort Pokaran - A Heritage Hotel

I went here with my family we really love the stay it was excellent. Food was great as well proper Rajasthani cuisine and flavour. The fort is one of the best fort i have been to. Just few things to keep in mind that as it is Rajasthan remote area so don't except something luxury or extraordinary, be little humble you will really love the place

Terrible experience! I stayed in the Royal Suite, but the WiFi was barely working, and there was no hot water supply. The management is completely unprofessional and only focused on squeezing money from guests. They charged me for items I never took, and it felt like they were just looking for ways to pocket extra cash. The food was pathetic, and the overall service was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the stay--would never recommend! Since I couldn't reply directly to your response, I'm addressing it here. I appreciate your response, but let's set the record straight: 1. WiFi and Hot Water: The Royal Suite did not have properly functioning WiFi, and I am not the first reviewer to mention this issue. 2. Check-out Time: If I checked out at 5 PM, then why was I sitting outside with my luggage at your reception? You may want to check your CCTV footage for clarity before making such claims. 3. Extra Charges: You mentioned a policy on outside drinks and seating charges, but in this case, was it actually applicable? When you asked your colleague, he confirmed that we were not drinking, and we had even informed him at night that we were not consuming any outside drinks. Despite this, I was still billed. Again, CCTV footage can confirm the facts. 4. Food & Service: Let's not even go there--the experience was highly unprofessional and far from what was promised. 5. Misbehavior Claims: If raising concerns about incorrect charges is considered misbehavior, then I find that disappointing. Additionally, I noticed that when your staff tried to clarify the situation, they were reprimanded. I even had to request that they not be spoken to in that manner. As a manager, clear and transparent communication with both guests and staff is essential to maintaining a positive experience for everyone. I appreciate your response, but I'd rather not go back and forth on this. We have paid and moved on, knowing that we will not be visiting the property again or recommending it to anyone. My review was intended to provide honest feedback so that future guests can make an informed decision. The hotel is in a great location and has a well-designed property, but unfortunately, the management seems more focused on other things than providing good service.

I like everything except some things: 1. Staff knocked my room early morning few time to ask about breakfast and check out. This is disturbing rest. 2. Main gate is closed after 10 pm, so if you don't have phone to call reception you can't come into the hotel.... 3. There is no towels at swimming pool, shower didn't work, chaise lounge is very dusty. But if close eyes to these things I'm glad to stay this hotel. Maybe I come again with friends.

Not one of the.. but the best property to stay in Pokhran. Your stay at Pokhran just could not get better than this property. The rooms are pretty lavish with a royal decor and antique artifacts. Its a palace turned into a hotel. The property offers lush green views and peace. They have got a swimming pool as well. Coming to food, their menu is pretty elaborate and everything on the menu is priced reasonably and is absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to Jethram and his associates who ensured that we had a comfortable and memorable stay here. I'd love to visit the property again. One of the few cons of this property is that its heavily understaffed Everything you need will be provided but it takes a lot of time. During my entire stay, i saw just 2-3 staff members managing the guests and even the restaurant service. Other than that, a great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it especially to foreign travellers.

We had a pleasant stay at Fort pokhran. Staff was prompt and helpful. Mr.Jetha ji took care of our every request and concerns. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. |Breakfast had limited and repetitive items. Also, Wi-Fi was not working properly in our room. Housekeeping was ok.

I had visited the hotel number of times. This time they have kept some professional person for booking rooms. This person is not available in Hotel they are doing booking activity through work from Home or some other place. I request you to kindly talk with this person very carefully as they are very smart in there communication. They play with there words. ||||In my visit when i call the hotel they gave me an offer of Rs 4000/- deluxe room with breakfast. There after i requested to include dinner also in Rs. 4000/-. To which they said sorry and gave me counter offer of " 5100 deluxe room per night/double occupancy with dinner" this was the words they used. to which i said keep it 4500/- to which they said sorry. There after i agreed to pay Rs,5100/-. ||||we reached the hotel by 7.00 P.M and we had our dinner. In the morning when we asked for the breakfast the hotel staff denied to serve the breakfast and said your breakfast is not included. we were shocked and surprise and i called the concerned person and they were not available on call. no answer was given to us. I send a message at 9.29 A.M and we received reply at 10.07 A.M on message that yes your breakfast is not included by that time we had already checked out of the hotel. This hotel has kept some person for booking rooms and they are not available in the hotel face to face.||||Even the rooms pictures which was sent to us after the booking on WhatsApp the same type of rooms were not provided to us. we asked hotel staff to change the room to that they gave us another room but that was not also up to the mark and also not near to the pictures which were sent to us.||||We felt we were cheated with words. So guys kindly be vigilant to talk with this kindly of people and take everything in writing word to word. if your are visiting this hotel.

The Pokhran Fort Hotel is an amazing place to stay at. It offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy a heritage experience of staying in a fort. The staff, food, rooms, pricing, basically everything was just superb!!
