Hotel Suraj Palace Pokaran

I had an overall positive experience at this centrally located hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and I found the quality of both the food and service to be commendable. However, I did encounter a bit of a challenge with the receptionist when I requested to extend my checkout time by an hour after my two-day stay. Additionally, I noticed some small insects in the furniture, which could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with a few areas for enhancement...

This place was nice to be at. Rooms are nice, well maintained, properly cleaned and staff's behaviour was also very good. The food I ordered and enjoyed was really awesome. That was really tasteful and price wise also quite reasonable. Please see the pics for more clarity. This place has lift and rooftop restaurant to enjoy evening dinner and located very close to the famous temple of Ramdev Babaji. I would recommend stay at this place and is good for family stay.

This hotel in Pokharan is great for all types of ppl. And very affordable @ Rs 1000 per night (average cost). The food although limited in choice is great and quite spicy in a few recipes. Don't expect a room service 24x7, As it is limited to food timings as mentioned in the menu card. Overall a great place to stay. Bit with few setbacks....

The ambience from hotel was pretty well. Location wise it is perfect. Room is enough large and perfectly clean. Hotel staffs are also much helpful and well disciplined. Food quality is good but it can be better. One can easily effort the hotel.

One of the good hotel in pokran. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant also available on the top of the hotel. 24hrs lift facility. Bus stand is walkable distance from the hotel. Near by shops, government hospital, ATM are available. There will be 24hrs response from receptionist, once we call through intercom. I'm highly recommending this hotel to all.

Pretty good place. Small parking space was available. Staffs are descent. Food quality can be improved. Can book rooms via make my trip. Overall it's ok.

Receptionist's behavior is very Rude . He Don't know how to Communicate with Customers. Very Arrogant person. Room Services very poor . Only one good thing is Food is very testy . Other services are very very poor
