Hotel Shakti Palace

It is very difficult to get a room inpeak season ,although we got two rooms luckily at 2 am, so there was no choice. Rooms were clean but some repair work needed like bathroom door was loose ,no curtains on windows which are sufficient to chill when temperature drops early morning, breakfast had a good taste,I tried poha and onion pakoda. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days, Positives: location wise it is on the Highway and is clearly visible. The rooms have working AC Negatives: They don't have laundry services Food is very spicy TV available but cable services not working No WiFi Hot water not available in early morning (before 6 am) and also in evening

Room was neat and clean Bathroom was also clean Hot and cold water are available For drinking purpose Water filter available at ground floor Overall good supportive staff But one drawback You have to climb by your self Lift facility was not available Overall best Highway hotel Ever

Food is good. Hygienic wise average. Washrooms are not clean. Wash basins are horrible.
