Rooms and bathrooms are in worst condition. No hot water in bathroom. Staff is polite and service is good.

Worst experience. Poor room condition, no cleaning and no supply of water in morning. Had to check out without taking shower.

One of the few decent hotels to stay at Pilani. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets were clean. Hotel is very good with all basic facilities, nice rooms, great entrance & attached to Loharu Highway, maintained swimming pool, nice and welcoming reception, services good for family... Overall good hotel to stay single or group party with drinking facility and snacks.... Recommended if you are fun lover and outing... Must visit place if you r in and around BITS Pilani..

Good location but the entire night electricity was not there, they didn't even have generator. Staff was good but food quality was compromised. Pilani has no good hotel indeed

Over all the experience was good. Staff was polite and service was really good and fast. I like the food taste. Hotel management was also very good, supportive and cooperative.
