HOTEL NEW GOLDEN PALACE (BAR & RESTAURANT)

I recently visited HOTEL NEW GOLDEN PALACE and had a great experience. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing meal or a casual drink. The food was delicious, especially the, and the bar menu had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The restaurant is clean, and the overall service was quick and efficient. A minor suggestion: the parking area could be better organized. However, it didn't take away much from the experience. I would definitely recommend this place for a casual hangout or a weekend dinner. Great value for money!

Nothing was good. Called and booked the place by 9pm and when I came at 2am found the toilet clogged. They didn't even help with a bucket to flush the toilet and when asked said this is all they can do and they said I can leave if I'm not happy with the room at 3am. Finally gave me a broken bucket to fill water and flush the toilet. Terrible, terrible people.

I dont understand how are people writing well about this hotel, basis on the reviews of trip advisor and google, we decided to have a night stay at this hotel. Washrooms are as bad as using a public toilet, stains all over the pot with rats as cherry on the top. Sofa in the hall way, had peigon poop on it. Trouble to get hot water for bathing, all is self-service. They will give u an iron rod, you heat ur own hot water take it in your room and bath. On complaining you shall get a lot of sympathy but no empathy. No action will be taken on your complaint. Shall never advice or recommend any one to stay in this hotel, be it even for a minute. Those who are sharing positive reviews i shall request them please be honest, as basis on your reviews people book and they travel as couples or as families and face a lot of problems.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE on our way to Bikaner we had a layover and did the booking via make my trip. The washrooms are horribly bad, and they claim it on hard water. On asking them to clean it they say it can't be done and there is no point of doing it. We even asked them to switch us to a different room, but they themselves say that all the rooms are the same. All above that, there was a rat found in one of the rooms we stayed. Their Acs never work. Bedsheets had stains all over them, on asking to change they say these are merely oil stains. No supply of hot water for bathing, we were given with an iron rod to heat the water and we had to carry it in all the rooms. Staff does not empathise, they just blabber Even the most basic of requirements were not met. No clean washrooms, no proper beds, no proper ac, no facility of hot water.

I didnt stay and only had lunch there. Food quantity and quality is good. Price is also reasonable.

Food quality is awesome here. Last two year every month I visit this hotel.

We have roamed around the nagour chouraha and in our opinion this bar has the best location around the nagour chouraha at present. The restaurant is also very good. The staffs are very helpful as well. Good service. Location is very nice. Food is good. Only suggestions is open service in roof top. Staffs are very helpful and cooperative. Very good stay. We enjoy a lot. Very hygienic, neat and clean. Beautiful road view.

Stay was awesome.receptionist are very polite and ready to help for yr quarries. Bar is also very good with proper variety. Restaurant serves is good, food was very testy.Verrall stay was very good .will surely recommend to other for stay. Pols in next visit provided road facing room
