Good service and good food and very tasty

Can't say about hotel rooms but I tasted food there and it's quite ok to dine there

The rooms are very clean, extremely courteous and helpful staff. Food is just unbelievably yummy. Must try their Veg Thali and TEA Had an amazing staycation here

Hotel rooms has cleaned and arounds well expecially in winter seassion the room is one step ahead. staff behavier and serveing food on time is very good.

The service of hotel is worst specially the security service local goons can enter in the hotel and beat you and nobody will stop the goons even hotel staff will stay away I would recommend the owner of hotel if he can't ensure the security of the customers then he should shut down hi business. Secondly food quality is worst and waiting time is too much it would be better if I visit and cook my food there it will take less time then their chef. So overall this hotel deserve negative marking I can't give less than one star but my marking is -3 for this hotel choose wisely if you can handle 30-40 goons alone in this hotel cause nobody will help you even not the hotel staff so if you can handle local goons and worst service and food quality then visit otherwise you have better options in the town.

Food and room facilities are very well staff behaviour also superbb.....in Phalodi u will not get an better hotel and food anywhere else. I prefer to stay here for better facilities and comfortable peaceful rest.

Rooms are quite small but clean. Services are very good. Food is awesome.
