Shocking Experience - Avoid Vinayak Hotel in Pali! Rating: 1/5 I'm writing this review as a warning to others, especially women, to avoid Vinayak Hotel in Pali at all costs. My recent visit was a nightmare due to the hotel's appalling attitude towards providing basic amenities like a common washroom. When I asked the owner and staff about using the washroom, they blatantly lied, saying they didn't have one. But here's the kicker - I had used their common washroom during a previous visit! It's unacceptable that they would deny its existence and instead suggest that women use the terrace as a makeshift washroom. Yes, you read that right - the terrace! This is not only disrespectful but also a clear violation of Indian laws, which mandate that hotels and restaurants provide access to washrooms for all customers, including women. It's astonishing that the staff and owner would think it's acceptable to treat guests this way. The behavior of the owner and staff towards women was downright rude and unprofessional. I question where their staff goes if they claim not to have a common washroom. It's clear that they're not interested in providing basic amenities or respecting their customers' dignity. Avoid Vinayak Hotel in Pali at all costs. There are far better options available that respect their customers and provide basic amenities. And if you don't the rule, let me state the rule.... The Delhi High Court ruling in 2019, which stated that all restaurants and hotels must provide access to their washrooms to customers, including women, under Section 3 of the Delhi (Right of Citizen to Free and Fair Administration) Act, 2001. Go and read some rules, Yes, the behavior of Vinayak Hotel's owner and staff is truly shameful and unacceptable. Denying access to a basic necessity like a washroom, especially to women, is a violation of human dignity and basic human rights. It's even more appalling that they suggested using the terrace as a makeshift washroom, which is not only unhygienic but also humiliating. As a society, we should strive to create safe, inclusive, and respectful spaces for everyone. The actions of Vinayak Hotel's owner and staff fall woefully short of these standards, and they should be held accountable for their shameful behavior. It's essential to call out such behavior and raise awareness about the importance of providing basic amenities, especially in public spaces like hotels and restaurants. By doing so, we can work towards creating a more inclusive and respectful society for all.

*Shocking Experience - Avoid Vinayak Hotel in Pali!* I recently had the misfortune of visiting Vinayak Hotel in Pali, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The owner and staff claimed they didn't have a common washroom, despite me having used it during a previous visit! They suggested women use the terrace instead, which is unacceptable and a violation of Indian laws. To make matters worse, they judged us based on our personality because we got off a bus, showing their discriminatory and biased attitude. This kind of behavior is shameful and unprofessional. *Indian laws mandate hotels and restaurants to provide access to washrooms for all customers, including women* (Delhi High Court ruling, 2019, and other relevant laws). Avoid Vinayak Hotel in Pali at all costs. They fail to provide basic amenities and respect customers' dignity. There are far better options available that value their guests.

Hi, I haven't visited hotel but my mom got bad experience from the receptionist itself as they say they don't have any formal or guest washroom. If someone in need or in emergency need to go to washroom so they don't have formal washroom. And they even said all rooms are full. So according to you where does your staff goes to washroom, when all rooms are full and you don't have any formal washroom? And according to law you cannot say no to any guest to use washroom if you don't know the rule just go and check the law page if you say no to any of the guest. And if you all people are judging the guest by their looks, then, I say you shouldn't be working in a hotel. Just read some hotel management studies properly then be part of hotel.

Arrogant receptionist, Not customer friendly , booked three rooms for three days, everyday they are asking us to leave with luggage because they have other bookings for day time. Only thinking making money but not thinking about customer satisfaction.
