warning warning warning don't stay in this hotel I m chek in this hotel on 30 oct 23 Mrng at d time of check out when i asked for bill another guy says it will be GST extra now at 18% that's about Rs. 96/-. When i asked him why I wasn't informed about it at the time of check in he said I should talk to the person in d evening !! All in all a very very bad hospitality experience !! Note check ur room before paying any amount here n clarify about actual price n GST before hand !!!

Room was big enough for 4 of people. Although they didnt include meal with the price. So you have to eat at nearby restaurant. Room service was quite good and cleanliness. Receptionist was well behaved. Hygiene was quite good but not the best but quite good according to price.

It is very nicely located on the main road, just in front of New bus stand, Pali. The rooms are spacious and attractive looking.. But due to poor maintenance things are getting damaged.. Staff is well behaved. Linens , towels etc need better cleaning..ac worked fine.. Wash room could have been cleaner. It was stinking. The shower fitting was missing .There was no mirror to n the wash room. They did not provide soap, gave me a small pack of shampoo. The restaurant provides good food.. Enough parking space too. Frankly speaking , I would like to try a different hotel if I visit Pali again.

It was a wonderful sumerpur jawai bandh niaer hotel just like real home. good food must try best spyci paneer tikka dry. Staff was cooperative. Well mannered. Thank you so much.

First from outside it looks like a decent hotel. As u enter the reception area, the receptionist man ( i entered after 7pm ) will give u d options of room tariff. Since I was alone I was ok for 1200/- per night AC room. I asked the reason to show the room he said there are many options to chose from n received full payment. As I enter d room 103 on ground floor, the set top box was missing , AC remote as well , bad stink from bathroom. I asked the receptionist to get it all fixed, he asked me to wait. After telling them 3-4 times a guy came n fixed d set top box n said the AC runs directly n doesn't have a remote. The bathroom is better only next to public toilet. Without faucet it is very difficult to use d washroom. Most of the holders n dispensers are broken. Even the door mat was ugly n full of dust just like d fan n switches also. The most important thing of getting a room is to sleep on a comfortable bed but here the basic requirement is also not fulfilled the bed here was just like a stone slab, hard n stiff better to put a blanket n sleep on d floor. The waiters / room boys here are like they are the owners n even after asking them multiple times for water n snacks they just don't come back n u only have to go n get it. Rooms are not good, there is too many cockroach

its looks good from out side but in room no 204 its most thirdclass category after pay rs 1500 a/c is stop after some time ,& noice in a/c & remot is not their bathroom tab is brokan & also fluse tub is brokan wasbasin is also so poor a/c is notnot not work not work properly food is sodifficult to eat how can people give good comment?

Very poor services. The staff was arrogant. Don't stay with family. The staff was least bothered if you had any trouble. Reviews with good ratings are fake. Very unhygienic bathrooms.
