The rooms are ok For family and solo travelers. Face an Electric Shock in the washroom in the room. After that I changed room.

Very attentive and courteous staff, well appointed rooms. Excellent value for money.

Located on the main road of pali, I stayed here for one of my official visit. Rooms are OK but food quality is good.

Not recommended at all, I had a bad experience with the hotel staff and restaurant manager.. The restaurant manager behaves like he is the king.. He argues for his own mistakes with the customer.. Untrained staff, food is expensive as Compared with the taste and quality. Management should keep an eye on their staff behavior for better service. Staff needs training.

Nice and New Hotel - very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious. Variety of Rooms. Excellent Cleanliness & Room Service. Easy access to public transportation. Restaurant is good, Food is marvellous. Recommended to stay when ever you are visiting Pali.

We were there as group of 15 for charity and the hotel we were booked in was terrible so it was a last minute change. This hotel is quite new so better facilities than all the others. However as it is still away from main city of jodhpur even internet was quite hit and miss. However i think maybe we were one of the first foreign visitors so they tried very hard to please us which was lovely. But we are talking about basics not being there like toilet paper and one towel in a room for three. However I feel it was a new venture for them. The hotel had large rooms clean linen and they did provide kettles in the end which they actually went out and bought for us. The service was excellent and they couldnt do enough for us. In fact as we wanted to stay a two extra nights they cancelled another booking which was very helpful. The price we paid was very good but we are talking about a very small town in india
